Guilty Sweets & Charcuterie

Sadly no responses to an online order for a birthday cake and cupcakes from last Saturday, even with multiple voice messages left as well. Left us having to go a different route and it didn't have to be that way.

Guilty Sweets is my go to!! They made not only my wedding cake and deserts but my sisters, and one of them had celiac disease and they say their cake was amazing! We got a blackberry lemon cake and assortment of cupcakes and my husband and I agree it was the best cake we have ever had and the guests LOVED the cupcakes and there were none left!! I also went to them for charcuterie board for my bridal shower and it was amazing!! We love guilty sweets and would recommend 10x over!!

Disappointed. I've never received such a small scoop of Gelato before. It wasn't even something I'd consider a kids size. It was about 1oz. I also thought it was made on site, but I was sadly mistaken once I saw the label on the container. It was also way overpriced for the amount received.

Love this place! Great management and desserts! Everyone is very friendly and the store is adorable.

They completely forget about a customized birthday cake order that was placed months in advance. Offered to give me any cake that was on display to make up for it. It's not the same. What a way to ruin birthdays. Shame on this bakery!

Sweet little place to have a treat with the kids after school.

I ordered a vanilla bean blackberry cake with a bear face for my daughters 2nd birthday and it was absolutely HORRIBLE. I’ve order this particular cake before and the berries were mixed into a cream cheese frosting but in this case there was an extremely thin layer of buttercream with a few blackberries scattered on top. The layers of cake didn’t even touch, there were huge gaps in the cake which made it dry and difficult to cut because it would fall apart. The cake wasn’t even put in a proper cake box for a round cake, it was put in a sheet cake box and if my older daughter hadn’t been with me the cake would have just slid all over the place. Not to mention the “bear” face of this cake was hideous with smeared icing, cracked fondant and a gimpy ear that kept sliding down the side. My birthday girl literally screamed and cried in horror when this cake was presented to her and she would not stop crying until the cake was removed from the room. Had my daughters party not been in 2 hours I would have declined the cake.. and I honestly wished I would have.I didn’t want to leave a negative review since this is a small town bakery but I have called twice and was told they would give me a partial refund, which never happened and at one point was offered a baby shower cake that someone didn’t pick up because we had a blizzard about to hit within the hour.Sad, because they definitely lost a loyal customer over this.. Save yourself some heartache and order from another baker or just pick up a cake from Marketplace.

Sarah and her staff are fricking amazing. One: Everything is fricking delicious. I’ve yet to be disappointed. Two: The entire shop is fricking cute! It’s decorated so tastefully and fun! Three: Sarah have been timely with every order I’ve placed. …did I mention that everything is fricking delicious??

Guilty Sweets has always impressed when we have gone in to grab a treat or had Sarah make a cake for a special occasion. Sarah and her staff are always kind and the space is always clean and welcoming. Guilty Sweets was also kind enough to donate some excess product to a benefit this past weekend and it was greatly appreciated.

A fantastic business, through and through! Excellent customer service, warm staff, and the baked goods and charcuterie are out of this world! If you haven’t tried their macarons and shortbread, you are missing out!
