So this is a sister or brother restaurant to a really Kick-Ass restaurant in California called Carl's Junior but unfortunately it doesn't quite live up to Carl's Junior they also for some crazy reason do not have the western bacon double cheeseburger on the menu which is the absolute best thing that they have at Carl's Junior

Went through the drive thru. I was at the order screen and was told just a moment. I waited 15 minutes without anyone coming to help me. Pulled up to windows and saw him talking with a coworker. I proceeded inside to order my food. Asked if was for here or to go. Told him I was originally in the drive thru but no one took my order. Basically he forgot about me. Was told drive thru machine was broke. But then witnessed him taking an order through the system. Got food home and buns and patties were burnt. I ordered a Super Star burger but received a double cheeseburger instead.
It will be a long while before I come back...if ever.

I have not been there for years. I pulled in to drive through and ordered 1 basic roast beef sandwich and waited for around 30 to 45 minutes. For 5 dollars and 15 cents. Plus no napkins or condiments. I will never return....

I don't know how you can have such trash customer service. Went for breakfast and was told they can't make biscuits for loaded omlet biscuits surprised this place stays open. A really trash crew!

Went to Hardee’s with my family. It was 10 o’clock. We ordered 12 breakfast sandwiches and he said he only six because breakfast ended at 1030 and we have been there a few times before that same crew very rude staff surprise the doors are open at that place always so slow will never go waste my money there again.

While traveling throught I saw Hardee's and thought I'd stop in for breakfast and a break. The doors were locked. The sign on the door says they are open at 7:00. On Google Maps it says 6:00. It's after 8:00. I guess I'll enjoy a break and breakfast elsewhere.
