Food is edible but never something I crave. Waitress purposely spilled a whole glass of water on my wife. No reason why as we were polite. Whole atmosphere is like a church setting. Maybe it’s a place for 65+ Either way, definitely in my bottom 5 restaurants in minot.

This was our first time here. One of my friends recommended us to go to Homesteaders. Oh my gosh, why did I wait so long!?! If I could give them more stars, I would.
Leanne was our server, and she is so sweet!!!! She went out of her way to make sure we had everything. She really made our day with her kindness. Leanne even hugged my daughter. ❤️
I ordered the Denver Skillet with coffee, and my daughter ordered the Sausage Breakfast Burrito with chocolate milk. Everything was fresh. The coffee was the best I've had in a long time. I really wanted to take the coffee pot home. (That's how good the coffee was.) Everything was sooooooo good. They even sell the coffee mugs, and I had to get one. We will be back!

The restaurant is like it’s running back in the 1030’s-1950’s! No one was up front when we arrived and the person upfront when she finally arrived to greet us looked like her uniform was out of date and was seating everyone and took orders but there were waiters too! Steak was so gross and plain I went to McDonald’s afterwords because I didn’t eat my meal it was so disgusting and cheap! How do you ruin steak! Only they would know!!!! GROSS!!!! This place is just for baby boomers!!!! Back in time!!! Lost in time!!!

I think its absurd that on Sundays they won't take to-go orders until 2:30p. This is absolutely ridiculous and having 4 kids, they tend to make noise. We went in on a Sunday and got nasty looks from customers and staff because my kids were, well kids. So we decided eating at home would be best. My kids love the waffles, but now that's not allowed because they refuse to take to-go orders.
