To the young woman with glasses and box braids working the drive-thru—I’m not sure what was going on during your shift today, but I sincerely hope whatever the issue was, it gets better. We all have tough days, but it’s important to leave personal frustrations at the door, especially in customer service.

When I politely asked for my receipt after being charged at the window, I was met with a dismissive hand gesture and told it would come with my food. When the food was handed to me, I was told the receipt was in the bag—it wasn’t. I had to walk inside, where a kind gentleman behind the counter apologized on your behalf and gave me my receipt while you walked to the back.

Respect and professionalism go a long way, even during hard moments. Please don’t project your stress onto others—it leaves a lasting impression.

Usually really good, however, yesterday placed order for delivery at 214pm, didn't deliver until 411pm...

The subs are getting smaller. $12 for an 8in. The toasted sub didn't taste as good as the non toasted one, just an FYI. Service was good. There was an order for a business before us of what looked like 20 subs, so we had to wait a bit.

This south location needs to be shut down or the owner needs to be notified on how the sandwiches are being made. I live on the south end of town but I guess I will just need to drive up north from now on.

unicorn's are awesome

The area manager is a disrespectful thief...he/she not sure which pronoun to use takes high tip deliveries for themselves and doesn't care about the drivers working there and that he/she is taking away their livelihood! He/she also forces management to send people home early to cut back labor hours to more than likely improve manager bonuses they receive!

Pulled into the drive through at about 2:15. Staff quickly took my order but I waited about 15 minutes at the window, while I watched one employee take out trash & another grabbed a bite to eat(which tells me they were not busy inside). I was only acknowledged at the window once someone pulled in behind me for their online order. They quickly brought that ladies order back to the window and I left without my order.
