Always love a bucket of chicken, the side of mashed potatoes and gravy. And don't forget the coleslaw And for Papa loves those biscuits
Went through the drive through, was greeted and that's about where the good ended. We tried to order chicken, them: "Were all out of chicken". How is Kentucky Fried Chicken out of chicken? Whatever, we try to get chicken nuggets, them: "the only chicken we have is nuggets". Us: "yeah that's what we asked for". Silence.
Under new management doesn't mean anything if it's run like a crack house. Save the time and go to the one across town, guarantee you can drive there, order, and get your food quicker than this place.

Came to Minot to drop my friends off at the airport, we only had time to grab food from a drive through, and decided to go to this KFC across from the airport. Ordered 3 sandwich meals and 2 single sandwiches. We waited in our car in front for 25 minutes for our order , there were no other customers went into the store or through the drive through while we were waiting. 25 minutes later I went into the store, and the staff handed my food to me, I feel like it was easier for us to do a dine in. Didn’t had time to double check our order, so we rushed to the airport and find out we were missing a sandwich and a fry , and got wrong orders of drinks. After dropping off my friends, I went back to the store to talk to the staff about my order. There were no customers or staff at the counter, I said excuse me anyone there for a few times and there were no response, few minutes later, two staffs ( young guy who took my order and payment earlier) and the young girl who handed my food to me, both of them came out of the same washroom 🙄. May be they were having a private huddle in the washroom.. I mentioned about my order, no apology , no comments, no response, the girl put her gloves on ( no handwashing after coming out of the washroom), and made me a sandwich and gave me a small order of fry.
I have no plans to return to Minot for anything anytime sooner and I am not a regular customer there, but if any of you are, just a heads up that this is the place that you need to avoid. Terrible terrible and terrible!! Stay away from this place!!!

EVERYTHING WAS COLD EVEN THE REMAKE MAC AND CHEESE Chunky Mac and cheese and these were the potatoes and those had like chunks in it too you could tell that it was all made earlier in the day and no one cared enough to change out it and we called to see if they could fix it and we were told that’s how it’s supposed to be and how she did the scoops and she did it right the worst customer service ? you might as well go across town cause this kfc sucks
