Worst KFC customer service experience I have ever had. Robin, the manager, should be fired for the way she talks to the customers. I didn’t know KFC allowed its managers to make racial comments to its customers.

I had the A&W, busy as hell at 6 p.m. and with 5 orders ahead of me I am astonished at how fast they got me out the door and on the road. It was 7 minutes total. Hard working folks right here, thank you and God bless

First off the food is great, I have always loved KFC food, and some of the staff seem to do well with customers, but in the kitchen there is a noticable level of disorganization, toxicity, and lack of communication between the employees which will ruin the experience for some. Had to wait around 5-8 mins for a to-go order. So if you want some good chicken from here, just be prepared to hear/watch the employees bicker amongst themselves as you wait.

Went there and ordered a 2 piece meal and a couple sides and went to the window to pay and the employee said I could have gotten a 6 piece meal with the same sides for the same price I was paying. So I asked if she could do that instead and she said no. I mean like why tell me I could have gotten a better deal if you weren't willing to change it or make it happen. So not cool
