Cute little restaurant with a friendly owner working the front and I believe his wife cooks in the back. The food wasn’t bad! Maybe not the best Thai food I’ve ever had, but this place makes up a lot for it with the customer service. I felt like my long lost grandpa that’s somehow Thai served me. Only real negative I’d say was that the interior was VERY outdated.

There was only one person manning the dining and take out. The same person seating people, taking orders, cleaning tables, serving food… and making raw sushi rolls. Pretty sure that’s hard to manage, plus a lot of cross contamination in between. I hope they can better staff this place because they do serve a good variety of food options.

I always get Pepper Garlic Chicken whenever I try a new Thai food restaurant. I was happily surprised about this small restaurant. Careful on the spice level, they can make it very spicy!

A one man show at the Little Blue Elephant. A kind man greeted us as the first guests to walk in at lunchtime. He served us, made the food, kept our drinks full and the rest of the guests happy. Everything we ate was delicious. Thai hot is ❤️?legit. We had the pad thai, tofu with veg and red curry for entrees. All were big flavors balanced with brightness . The fried spring rolls are delicate and delightful. Potstickers were gobbled up before i could try them. This place is .

I just order some pho , drunken noodles , and some sushi . Literally the best sushi I have had in Minot , quit going to ND Asia, this is the spot here .I rlly came here for the pho. I was too lazy to make it myself. I’m glad i came here because the pho was SO good , I was scared to order it because not everyone can get pho broth right. BUT THIS HIT THE SPOT.The man at the front was so sweet , he thanked me for supporting his business and told me to make sure I don’t tip the food over because he wanted me to open the sushi and see the presentation .It was so good and the presentation looked very gourmet . I wish i ordered more sushi. I wish I took pictures before I scarfed the food down lolDefinitely will be back here . Definitely in my top 3 here in Minot . Thank you ! I

Went there with a party of 6 plus 2 young kids. Atmosphere is fun and interesting. Sushi was delicious, but a little pricey. The California Roll was the best bang for your buck. Recommend the Siam Tender Spicy. Only complaint on the dish was that the chicken wasn't crispy enough. Big portions and good price for entres. Service was quick. Since going there in the past they have cust the resteraunt seating so it fits the store a bit better.
