Magic City Sweets Ice Cream & Gourmet Sandwiches

Mason was amazing! He was extremely friendly and was great at helping us decide what we wanted. I’m from out of town and am visiting family and he was the perfect introduction to Minot. He was engaging with customers and even was keeping busy by stocking and cleaning while we sat to eat our ice cream. He was so friendly and talkative I didn’t even notice the other worker! The place is cute and the ice cream is good but Mason really makes it a more welcoming atmosphere! If only all their workers were like him.

Such a good place. Sandwiches are amazing and the ice cream is always good. The only thing that kills this place is it closes so early and isn’t open on sundays 💔 what better time to get ice cream then on a hot Sunday afternoon

We passed through Minot and just happened upon this gem, not that it’s hidden or understated! But it’s worthy of the name Magic City, by the time I was done with my roast beef I felt like I was magic myself.

A wonderful sandwich experience and 100% worth a sit down. It’s clear the owner loves the town, loves being there for your sandwich needs, and REALLY knows her sandwich lore.

Went for lunch and oh mannnnnn this just became my new favorite. the veggies were so fresh on my sandwich. suchhhh a yummy sandwich! options are endless. the atmosphere is so chill and the staff is so so nice and fun! Too full to try ice cream this time. but in the past, YUM!!! can't wait to go back! 😍

There was a lady that was avoiding giving us service unfortunately, so the manager had to serve us instead. She even turned off the lights while we were eating. I also wasn't allowed to get toppings on my ice cream cause they said that they wanted to avoid it and avoid making a mess, which is unprofessional. The food was good, but unfortunately I don't think I can come back because of the service. I avoid making bad reviews, but I just had to for this one, which I don't want to hurt anyone by saying this and it just sucks to have to write this. Love y'all, God bless.

Drove here after looking up on Google. It was not reflected as closed. Might be a good idea to update it? You are right, this would not be accurate review without trying. Hopefully I will get to try it next time I am in town.

Great sandwiches with fresh cut meat and fresh bread

Door says they’re open until 6, we showed up at 5:32 and were told we couldn’t get sandwiches because they already closed. Everything was still out, they are just incredibly lazy and didn’t want to make sandwiches. Will not be back.

Love this place! Nice to have somewhere to buy hard ice cream and it is so good! Combined with the hoagies and fun atmosphere, it’s a good addition for downtown!

Have to admit this place is a unique in its own way. Subs created in a Miami style vibe with a twist of New York taste . The food has its own language that speaks to your taste buds. The roast beef is so tender, it melts in your mouth like butter. I ordered two completely different 6” sub and they both had their own distinguishing tastes from each another . Highly recommend . I also found out they offer lettuce wraps instead of bread .Definitely will be back !

This spot was super fun, high vibes, and super delicious.. We went for the subs and sandwiches and they did not disappoint! I created my own and it was so dang good. The owner and staff were very nice and inviting as well.. If you’re looking for a cool spot to get a quick bite or somewhere to sit and chill for a little bit this is the spot! Sandwiches, ice cream, free video games and a nice vibe.. We will most definitely be back here again when in town! Hello from Salt Lake City!!

Fun atmosphere, friendly staff. Not inexpensive by any means but, it's more of an experience then a lower cost shop may have.
