They never like to answer their phone. They almost never have a delivery driver so I don’t know why they even say they have that option. The girl who answered last time I ordered sounded high or something she didn’t talk and I had to repeat myself multiple times. And they tried delivering to the wrong apartment building. Terrible customer service

Their pizza is sub par and their drivers are dangerous. Very suspect staff. PLEASE NOTE: the reason for people getting pizza late and smushed food is because the people working their drift their cars around their lot for hours. They seem to play and not work.

waited over 45 minutes past time pizza was said to have been done. have pictures of other pizza orders sitting on the floor!!! not only do I not recommend this place but run for your life away. pictures will be sent to health department.

The restaurant was in the process of opening, Only one menu in the whole place to look at. Renovations were underway. So, our review was effected by the state at the time. The food was good and plentiful. Service was rather slow. We apricate that they were open at all.

We order a pizza at 6 PM they delivered it to the wrong room. I called them again and they said they will delivered my orders again and this time to the right room. It is now 9:35 PM and I just called them they are now closed and no one call me and let me know that they will not deliver anything to me. If I didn't call, I would still be here waiting. "WE WILL NEVER EVER BUY IR RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT. This is the worst excuse for a restaurant.

Great food, fast service, friendly environment and great prices. The emails with special discounts are so great my wife and I order from them any time we don't want to cook?? usually turns out that at least 3 times a month we just don't want to cook, so we always call Marco's.

We’ve been ordering Marco’s for a long time! The quality of their food has gone down hill. Today was our final order at Marco’s. We ordered BBQ wings. The sauce was just thrown on top of the wings. A quarter of them didn’t even have the sauce. The works pizza (which used to be my favorite!) was awful. It looked like they cooked the pizza first and then threw down onion and pepper at the end in the middle of the pizza. Super disappointed!! Giving it one star because the delivery guy was really nice and they didn’t forget our side of ranch like they normally do…
Pizza, wings and cheese bread were good. Order was ready for pick up at stated time. Lg pep pizza , wings and cheese bread for under $30 so good value. Included lots of requested sauces. Like the online ordering. Will order again.

This place used to be good but it's gone down hill big time. The pizza was like 20 minutes late and literally burnt to a crisp... we ordered chicken dippers and weren't notified they were out of them until the delivery driver called right before drop off to tell us we weren't getting them. So we got half our order and what we did get was inedible and couldn't be fixed because they apparently closed a half hour before our food was delivered. Horrible service and we absolutely will no longer patronize this business.

I ordered tonight at 4:42pm, tracker thing said delivery by 5:20-5:30. Called at 6:00 pm and was told driver should be there soon. Called again at 6:30pm. Was told should be here soon and if it's cold they will refund money. It's now 6:50pm and still nothing, . I'm going to hold off posting until it gets here so I can let you know what time and shape food is in. 7:15pm, just called again and was told order wasn't ever made, I can cancel for full refund or they will give me a free two liter of Diet Pepsi. I'm hungry. I told the guy to make it, he said 30 minutes and I told him I hope I'm not calling at 8:00pm. 7:42pm, 3 hours and noting yet. 8:04pm, called again. Still no pizza, she says it's enroute, this is ridiculous. 8:05pm, they just drove up. One of the pizzas is smushed, picture to follow. This sucks as I love their pizza but this is crazy

Walked across the train station for some lunch. Take out only and a great choice on the menu. I had a Capicola sub, another had a burger, 3rd had a chicken wrap and the 4th chicken fingers. Nice clean place and we took advantage of the restrooms after the 1.5 hour ride to get there. The food was great and the wait time wasn't long. The ingredients were fresh and tasty. Too bad we couldn't sit inside and enjoy. Hopefully next time we can!
