Do not for the love of god order curbside pick up. It’s been countless times that I’ve had to wait 20-30 minutes for my food to be brought out yet somehow they are churning drive thru orders in a couple minutes.

We waited for over 40 minutes along with others that left my shake was completely melted and my burger was wrong. Took burger back up and they said ok. Waited again and it never came. Went back up and they said ok guy saw me and said oh yeah need a double finally got my food shake was just chocolate milk. The staff was arguing the place was a mess. Won’t be back there

They didn't even check on me and when I got my shamrock shake the lid wasn't even on, what the shit, it proceeded then to spill all over my hands and drip in my car, needs better customer service, I dislike mcdonalds but I will keep going

Horrible place to eat and at restaurant prices. It will be a long time if I ever return.....
My daughter made her order a few minutes after us but 45 minutes later she still didn't have her meal. Most workers who take food to the customers had been standing around at the counter for about 15 minutes so she went to ask them about her order. They told her it would be out when it was done. Several minutes later I had to tell them we still didn't have it and we're trying to leave.

Drive through is the worst. Check ur orders before you leave. Gave us 4 chicken nuggets when we ordered 6 on both orders. You have to hunt someone down to fix ur order.

Went thru drive the young pregnant girl very sweet but totally put in wrong orders 4my daughter and Granddaughter was missing 1 large fry and I specifically 2 number 7s large plain ketchup and we didn't get the burgers like that my Granddaughter cried. Unsatisfied. Can you please have a meeting with your staff about this. Thank you

I grabbed a cup of coffee and fries. It took over ten minutes to get these simple items, and there was no one ahead of me in line or at the drive-thru. Then they gave me the coffee warm, not hot.
There are many other choices... I will go to them.
