Waited thirty minutes for two cheeseburgers, med fry, and side of Mac sauce. No one came out after telling me to pull around the corner. I walked inside and asked why it took 30min. The girl said “OH YEAH!” And then walks over to grab my cheeseburgers and comes back with a free burger card. I let them know there was someone else waiting behind me so they’d best go check on them too and walked out. Get home—NO FRIES.
A “free burger card” doesn’t excuse your poor service.
Appalling, EVEN for a fast food restaurant.

There was a hair in my husband’s burger and when he took it up to the counter they didn’t say a word. Just grabbed it and turned around. He didn’t even know if they were remaking it or not. They did end up bringing us a new one but didn’t say a word or even look at us when they set it in our table as they walked by. Terrible customer service. Bathrooms were also filthy and our order had several mistakes.

Literally messed up MY ENTIRE ORDER!! It was an extremely easy order too… large iced pumpkin coffee with whip cream…got a small plain coffee with no whip cream…like hello??? Oh and the large French vanilla coffee I ordered just not there! Love that! And can’t even get a refund because it was a Mobil order …love being robbed of my reward and 10$! Literlly says large on the cup but in a small cup..how?

My friends and I went here for breakfast around 10am. They burnt my friends sandwhich when she asked for a new one they forget to remake it for her so she had to repay for a lunch meal. They forgot the sausage on my McGriddle and my other friend’s Carmel frap was frozen solid. I went up to try to get two cups they just kept looking at me avoided me. Worse service and place to go.

I understand they get busy, but when you get you good offer and have to go to the counter twice because your drink still has not been made? I ate all my food with nothing to drink.

First time in Minot and these were some of the most miserable looking employees I've ever seen. Waited at the till for 5 minutes before someone looked over and asked if we were waiting to order. To which we said yes, because why else would we be standing at the till. All we got were a couple of coffees, when they set them down, they didn't say anything so we didn't even realize they were on the the counter until someone came and asked what we were waiting for. Had someone said something maybe we would've realized the coffees were ready. Coffee was also gross as well.

Ridiculous that I ordered 2 cheeseburgers. With pickles and and 10 piece chicken nuggets. First off the cheeseburgers had only one pickle on them and only had 8 nuggets. Wtf. I'm not sure if someone thinks they're being funny or they cant count. Thanks McDonald's this is the first time I've been to the Dakota Square McDonald's. Never again at this location. You get zero stars. Quit ripping people off
