Waited 20-30 minutes for a 5$ meal deal. They did not included the nuggets, and my double cheeseburger was only a patty and a half… was either ripped in half or partially eaten.

Levi was very helpful after my order was incorrect. I was extremely upset when I called back. But he still remained calm and cool about it. He quickly rectified the situation. Give me my correct meal.And he was extremely professional. I wasnt. Lol. Only reason i'm leaving these stars is for levi.

It's McDonald's, any who, I could not find on the electronic menu a way to change your order from 'to go' to 'dine in', which is a whatever deal. What was the one thing about today's dining experience that was negative is we ordered "light" mustard and was instead given the outline of where mustard used to be. We laughed. I attached a photo. Other than these two silly issues, the restaurant was clean, well stocked, and customer service was friendly. Food was fresh and hot.

The rudest workers ever! I have no words. They gave us the wrong order, didn’t say anything just handed it to us and shut the window. The girl didn’t come back so we had to go back around. We tell the lady at the front window and she says pull up to the next window, we sit and wait and the manager comes and hands us our food and my husband asks “Is this the burritos” and she slammed the window and said NOTHING. We both looked at each other so dumbfounded. These people need to be fired bro 😭 Plus, why were all the burritos so thin. They look like they were stomped on 😭😭😭

Took almost a damn hour for me to receive my food. Had one person who looked like a manger not wearing gloves and touching food. And not one person interacted with me when i went in to get my order after waiting outside for that near hour. Ridiculous and needs to be shut down if it's gonna continue. Been this way for a long while now. Get it together.
Took the kid to grab ice cream for his birthday. Drive thru is painfully slow and apparently their ice cream machine is down. Weird… Both McDonald’s in Minot have down ice cream machines in the evening. I’m sure it has nothing to do with being winter and 10:00pm on a Saturday.

The drive thru is an issue if you want a quarter pounder without cheese. 80% of the time they put cheese on it, so I get to wait while they remake it and my fries get cold. They charge 69 cents for Mac sauce, but give a small dollop on just one side of the bun.

After walking in and trying to find someplace to order and now you gotta use a kiosk they don’t even give you the option. I think it’s pretty Sad in this world the way it is now nobody even take your order so I was upset about that and decided to go through the drive-through after ordering A double quarter pound meal go back to my hotel went to eat it, and it was so greasy even the carton was greasy. I think it’s very shameful that they can’t even have somebody at the counter to take orders up the prices and cut back on employees They should be giving everybody in their a raise if they’re gonna make cutbacks like that I can tell you that I will never be back to that one ever again
