First time in Minot and these were some of the most miserable looking employees I've ever seen. Waited at the till for 5 minutes before someone looked over and asked if we were waiting to order. To which we said yes, because why else would we be standing at the till. All we got were a couple of coffees, when they set them down, they didn't say anything so we didn't even realize they were on the the counter until someone came and asked what we were waiting for. Had someone said something maybe we would've realized the coffees were ready. Coffee was also gross as well.

Ridiculous that I ordered 2 cheeseburgers. With pickles and and 10 piece chicken nuggets. First off the cheeseburgers had only one pickle on them and only had 8 nuggets. Wtf. I'm not sure if someone thinks they're being funny or they cant count. Thanks McDonald's this is the first time I've been to the Dakota Square McDonald's. Never again at this location. You get zero stars. Quit ripping people off

I ordered a kids meal with a cheese burger with no pickles on mustard they had a hard time understanding it was a cheese burger with cheese and on mustard brought it back 2 times still wrong with no cheese ... everyone in there looks lost ...

Waited 20-30 minutes for a 5$ meal deal. They did not included the nuggets, and my double cheeseburger was only a patty and a half… was either ripped in half or partially eaten.

Levi was very helpful after my order was incorrect. I was extremely upset when I called back. But he still remained calm and cool about it. He quickly rectified the situation. Give me my correct meal.And he was extremely professional. I wasnt. Lol. Only reason i'm leaving these stars is for levi.
It's McDonald's, any who, I could not find on the electronic menu a way to change your order from 'to go' to 'dine in', which is a whatever deal. What was the one thing about today's dining experience that was negative is we ordered "light" mustard and was instead given the outline of where mustard used to be. We laughed. I attached a photo. Other than these two silly issues, the restaurant was clean, well stocked, and customer service was friendly. Food was fresh and hot.

The rudest workers ever! I have no words. They gave us the wrong order, didn’t say anything just handed it to us and shut the window. The girl didn’t come back so we had to go back around. We tell the lady at the front window and she says pull up to the next window, we sit and wait and the manager comes and hands us our food and my husband asks “Is this the burritos” and she slammed the window and said NOTHING. We both looked at each other so dumbfounded. These people need to be fired bro 😭 Plus, why were all the burritos so thin. They look like they were stomped on 😭😭😭

Took almost a damn hour for me to receive my food. Had one person who looked like a manger not wearing gloves and touching food. And not one person interacted with me when i went in to get my order after waiting outside for that near hour. Ridiculous and needs to be shut down if it's gonna continue. Been this way for a long while now. Get it together.
