My husband took the 4 grandkids to lunch. He hates using the screen to order haha. So he asked for help. He said a super friendly guy with a pony tail helped him out.( didn't get his name) He said that he joked with the kids and didn't act " bothered" at all to help out! Made the experience so much nicer - thank you!!

Took an hour to get our food And by the soda machine it's dirty..needs a deep cleaning ..looks like a soda got spilled and went everywhere including the napkin dispenser is sticky

You're all done forgot how to run a drive-thru you do not park everybody that that pays you push the food out the drive-thru window as the orders come in that drives sales that drives everything you start parking everybody and you're no longer a fast service drive-thru restaurant what a disgrace

Food are superb except that here in US Mcdo has no chicken dish, but there is chicken nuggets.
I ordered a big breakfast. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I waited 15 minutes and I got a muffin, a piece of sausage and a 1/4 inch thick, 3 inch by 3 inch sloppy egg. I'll never go to ANY McDonald's EVER AGAIN!!!

My son goes through Drive thru and when he brings the food home it's always warm and correct, as there is nothing worse than getting home and realizing your order was messed up. So great job on that drive thru team!!
