Went there about 130pm and the lady who took my money and the one who handed my me my food should not be in these positions because t hey never said thank you or nothing just shut the windows. I said thanks when I grabbed my food only to have window shut in place of a thank you....terrible

BEWARE OF ADVERTISED PRICES. We tried to order 2 meals (#1 meals, $9.99 each as stated on the menu board) and they attempted to over charge us 3 times in a row: $5 over, $3 over, then again $3 over. We even got the unfriendly manager involved and they still would not correct their mistake.

People there cant even get an order right.. I ask for 2 mcChickens and I get one correct and other with cheese and ketchup. Which I never asked for. Your guys job isnt hard

Incredibly busy. Maybe the longest drive thru lines I've ever seen. Inside was packed too and service was still reasonably fast.

This is the second time I have had this kind of experience. I feel horrible for the 2 people who were trying to make my order right. The 1 who noticed I had been there for a while tried to find my order only to find that, for some reason, it had been kicked out of the system. She took my receipt and had to ask for each item repeatedly. Even after that some of the items got taken by other people grabbing for the orders they were working on. With all of that, we ended up missing some of our items still. The second person who helped us had been doing the same thing for other customers the whole time that the first one was working on our order. He got me my drink but told me that it would probably be a very long time before he would be able to get my fries because he was told that the drive through took priority. They were going to continue to push him away from the fries until the drive through was clear. Between the app glitch and then the horrible way the system at this particular restaurant is set up these two spent the entire time I was there (1.5 hours) running from one food item to the next and apologizing for something that wasn't even in their control. It would have been one thing if the drive through was backed up, but it wasn't. No one should have to deal with customers who are being told that they can't get the food they paid for and also they can't get their money back.
