I haven't had good homemade BBQ since I lived in OK. It was delicious and they obviously love what they do. Kinda sad I didnt know about this place sooner. I got the sausage sandwich with everything (highly recommend) and my honey got the 1/2 lb pulled pork sandwich with everything. Both were delicious and the burnt ends were damn near perfection. Just had Monty's BBQ with my wife and it seriously hit the spot. We tried the brisket, burnt pork ends, pulled pork, and spicy sausage. Every bite was solid but those burnt pork ends were next level. Smoky, sweet, and melt in your mouth soft. I’m honestly mad I didn’t order 2 pounds of them.
For sides I had the potato salad, pinto beans, and mac and cheese. All were on point and balanced the meat perfectly. If you're into legit BBQ, Monty's is worth the trip.
