OISHII Ramen is an absolute gem! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, with decor that feels like stepping into an artistic dream. While not all of the decor is directly from Studio Ghibli, the art style captures the same whimsical, enchanting vibe that makes it feel magical.
The ramen here is phenomenal, every bowl is bursting with rich, authentic flavors and fresh ingredients. The menu offers a great variety, so there’s something for everyone, and you can tell the chefs take pride in every dish they create.
On top of that, the staff is warm and welcoming, adding to the already amazing experience. If you’re looking for delicious food in a one-of-a-kind atmosphere, and an inexpensive meal; OISHII Ramen is the place to go. Highly recommend it!

The Tonkatsu Ramen was really good. Broth and tare mixture had a nice flavor. Chasu pork belly tasted good but could have used more time to simmer in it's marinade to become more tender. All in all a great stop with good flavor. Would recommend.

Have eaten ramen in various places and this place over a period of 4 years has consistently been the best. In all facets the ramen is superior. Absolutely well worth stopping and eating here.
Delicious food, friendly and fast service, and the atmosphere is lovely. Will be back when we visit Minot again.

I ordered to go. everthing was freshly made. All utensils like chopsticks and condiments were in the bag & not forgotten. A bit pricey but overall very good, and friendly staff.
Food was okay but get ready to be asked if you want to go boxes and pay IN THE MIDDLE OF EATING. We weren't even halfway through our meals and the server goes back asking for these things like they can't get wait to get us out the door. I looked around and there were empty tables, no one waiting to be seated in the front so we then asked what time they close, he said 10pm. I checked my watch, it was 710pm.

Very competent Ramen prepared and served to order by good staff. All the options are flavored well without being overwhelming. The broths are solid bases for noodles, meats, and vegetables that are not the cheapest available from their supplier.
The menu is presented in a logical way that makes options clear and encourages exploration.
Vegetarian options: Variety of non-meat proteins including mushrooms, soy, etc.
Delicious food, kind service, and great atmosphere. You can order “extra noodle/ broth” only for your kid.

I’ve had ramen in Japan, South Korea and Europe alongside USA staples and this was easily a Top 10 ramen bowl. The atmosphere reminds me of a Studio Ghibli film and the sushi was fresh. Must go in Minot.
