Absolutely the BEST. When I first moved to Minot last summer 2023, I looked for a great place to eat being a foodie for Japanese noodle dishes. Not having much hope, I found OISHII Ramen! If you love or have an interest in Ramen food, I highly recommend this place. You can put together your own Ramen dish with different broths, noodles, meat and veggies. Highly recommended! Reasonable prices. Diverse selection of food.

I was not a fan of the Ramen, but I'm definitely pickier when it comes to Asian food. For being the only Ramen shop, it is what it is. The sushi, however, is not bad at all. I'm honestly surprised that it's decent! I'd come back for the sushi, but pass on the other offerings, including the lomein and fried rice. Go elsewhere if you want those.

Food ok, service needs alot of improvement, all 3 times I've been here been hard get serviced had keep getting up to ask for stuff 1 time I asked the sushi bar for sauce and even he pond me off on someone else. Need to hire ppl who wanna be here. Food over priced the Short you on everything meat ,noodles,produce. Mostly watered down broth.

Been here 3 times, each time was delicious!!! Sushi is amazing and the ramen bowls are to die for!!! The server gave us samples of the broth bases so we knew what each tasted like. Customized heat/spice levels make this place a hit for all! Appetizers we also really good. 10/10 recommend!

Well decorated and welcoming atmosphere, what this restaurant might lack in a large menu it makes you in large portions and large flavor.A kind and quick staff serve you great meals.We went for dinner. I had the combination fried rice, and while I don’t usually like pork, it was perfectly done. I recommend it for sure.

The quality of the food is decent, but the miso soup was disappointing and bland. Some people may like it because it has a lot of customization options, but I prefer simple options and the ability to customize them further. The dumplings were undercooked once, overcooked the next time, and just right the third time. It also felt like the fried chicken wasn't made correctly. I would also like to see more Japanese food options on the menu. I would be happy if they had yakisoba, rice bowls, curry, etc.

The inside is very well decorated. The service is really good and the food is very tasty. Add it to your restaurant rotation. We had ramen, edamame, and the Philly room. Everything tasted so fresh.
