I was extremely disappointed in breakfast today and very hungry after a busy night working. Every time we've gone in the past my eggs over medium have been cooked perfectly and the service was great, but today was terrible. My yolk was cooked completely on both of my eggs for my husband and I and my toast was burnt. I gave 1 star because the bacon was decent, but our waitress never came back to see if we needed anything or ask why I didn't touch my food. She did come back to not make eye contact and give us the check and walk walk away without saying anything. To say I was disappointed is an understatement.

It is not consistent, I would advise to ask if you are paying for water coffee sometimes included other not much for eggs as they are old the way they spread out .The scrup is great

Is less than one star an option! Hostess didnt know about gluten free options, got the gf menu as we asked some questions to try to fit my mothers tastes ( who has been hospitalized for digestive issues, and needs a strict diet) the host says she will go Check …. And as she walks off says very clearly “you should just eat at home then” We are in the midst of a 2 day trip to get my mothers to mayo dr appointments! And that’s her idea of service! I stood up and told I didn’t need her smart ass comments ! We left!! Went down the street to Culver’s where we were welcomed with a smile! We asked about gf options and has several choices and quality pleasant service. Perkins you are rude and no clue on how to serve anyone!

9/7/25 13:54 hrs. Entered Minot Perkins to order, asked for an item on menu, was told I could not as the item was only available M-F, my visit was on Sunday. I asked why he would give me the wrong menu to begin with, he said his mistake. Ordered Fish/Chips. Fish was rubbery, very dark in color and greasy. I could not eat the meal. Waiter says he would deduct meal but returns to say he would only discount the meal ($2.60). Whatever, I paid. Cod is supposed to be white and flaky, the small pieces were rubbery. Freezer burn?

First time at perkins: Found a grey hair in my food. They took it back and gave me a new one. I asked if it was on the house and it wasn’t, so i obv didn’t want it. I end up paying for a lemonade.
