Some friends and I went to Pink’s last night for dinner. We had Jenniver taking care of us and she was amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. From the moment we walked in until the time we left she was great!!

Burgers burnt. Told the waitress. She said she can give a 10% discount because there was a bite out of it. Ya a bite that made it known the burger was burnt. She then said I'm not the cook. Duh. Super rude and food was 1 star. Never again. I was going to go to bingo on the weekend but after this horrid display of lack of customer service and food not great at all never again. I see why they have bad reviews and I am sure this waitress was the one everyone was talking about. Good luck sis

I went to their Sunday brunch, everything from pancakes and eggs to prime rib. 5 star food and service was great. I highly recommend trying brunch there.

Been there twice in the last month, they messed up my order both times , and I ordered the same thing each time. French dip with Swiss cheese and no onions, and both times they initially brought me a French dip piled up with onions in it, and had to be sent back and made a new one. No comped drinks or reduction on the bill due to the inconvenience.
