The serve the best mocha and scones. I went 3 days in a row when in Minot and the staff was always friendly. I wish they had a location in Bismarck!

Incredible scones and bread, and fantastic coffee. Always a pleasure, one of our top coffee spots in Minot.

Prairie Sky is truly a gem in the Minot community. The atmosphere of their cafe is wonderful, along with all the delicious breads, drinks, and treats available. Their Jalapeño Cheddar Sourdough is delectable, and their scones are amazing, even when they’re a day old. This is one of the few places where I know they’re using real, high quality ingredients in the food I’m served. I would recommend Prairie Sky Breads to anyone in, or visiting Minot.

Service at the coffee truck was lacking. Super rude. We’ve been customers for a long time definitely will not be going back.

Very terrific atmosphere. modern and vintage. Great music. And not a bad place to read a book.

Very local style place. Good vibes. They have a place for kids to play. The food is a little pricey but I got a slider sandwich and it was really good. Coffee was fair not bad. I got a normal latte. They have alcohol here too.

Had lunch here and we were not disappointed. It was delicious! Both of us had the chicken tortilla soup and I had a harvest salad, husband had house salad. I also tried a cardamon knot and I highly recommend it. It’s just the right amount of sweetness. Go here, you will enjoy it.

Very friendly staff, love the lattes. The owners are nice and it makes for such a welcoming atmosphere. I drive for spark and when I drop off their grocery order, they always offer a scone or pastry. All around a good group of people:)

I tried this for coffee and food. I loved the atmosphere, the food was delish. You pick up your own coffee and they bring your food. Pickup own dishes. There are free coffee grounds for your garden, or whatever. Ut seemed a bit pricey. I got a breakfast sandwich, cup of soup and chai tea for $25.74. I would go back.

Coffee was perfect temp and amazing flavor. I got the blue berry toast topped with goat cheese. I wish I would have found this place sooner on my trip, I would've spent more time trying the different foods they offer. Highly recommend!!!

They overcharge customers and then gaslight you acting like you're being a difficult customer by calling them out on it. The 50/50 does NOT ring up at $14.25, then she added .50 more for 'muscle memory'. Sat and told my husband what a slider was, showed him the bun, pointed out what came on it, then turned around and 'accidentally' overcharged $4 on that. So the manager came and rang it up and it was $6 less. Watch the screen when being rung up!!
