I had steak and eggs, among other things. They were quite good. The taste of the ice tea was off. The server was rushed and could have been nicer. Tables and chairs could use a cleaning and some minor repairs.

Went the night of the Vampire Burlesque show held at the grand. First time having their food besides at the bacon and brew event held annually at the Roosevelt Zoo. The wife and me arrived around 715 pm on a Saturday night and after we were seated they said they are out of all burgers, prime beef, and chicken. No big deal, plenty of other options on the menu.Staff was extremely nice and the place only had a few tables that were seated. We ordered a bottle of wine which was priced at $23.99 on the menu but was $26.99 on the ticket. Whatever, only a few dollars and I’m not even going to bring it up to our waitress as she had verbalized every time she had come to our table on how busy they were earlier and how little tips she had received. My wife ordered the portobello ravioli which came out in a bowl which was sitting in about 1 inch of olive oil, completely soaking all of the ravioli. I ordered the bourbon chicken pasta which looked good when they brought it out. I sunk my fork into it and the pasta was so over cooked that the noodles would fall apart if you tried to twirl them up. The sausage that was in it was borderline burnt, overcooked, and inedible.Again, our waitress was nice. But the wine and my pasta were a few dollars more on the receipt that what was on the menu, food itself was not good, and the place was pretty dirty (ceiling fan blades were black).

Used to be my favorite place to go for lunch or supper...Sand. used to come with a pickle and a few chips and a choice of Salad or fries ..now the salad is extra and no pickle or chips..so plate was not as appealing..Sand. was good in flavor but overall dining experience seemed dirty..Carpets definately needed a good shampooing and salad bar/ soup bar was never even cleaned off between 2 and 4 when they reopen...crumbs were never vacumned up..and the dining room was left in its dirty condition to reopen for supper business...so dissappointed
Food was good just took a little longer then expected but still overall nice

Wow is all I can say. Myself and several other guest arrived to no one. Eventually a lady came out and said they were busy with a large party and to seat our selves and go at the salad bar. There were no plates or silverware, we had to ask for some. After half an hour still no one came out and other guest started just going in the back and getting their own drinks. It’s one thing to be slow and back up with a large order but to completely abandon the actual guest who have arrived to eat is just pitiful.
I ordered room service since I’m staying in the hotel the restaurant is in and the food came warm. I didn’t get my Alfredo so I had to walk down to ask for silverware, straws, and my Alfredo. It came watered down and less than appetizing. We ordered chicken sandwiches as well and they had absolutely no flavor. We didn’t get offered condiments. I don’t write reviews but it’s not worth wasting your money. Kids spaghetti was cool and tasteless as well as the kids mac and cheese. Maybe dining in is better but I’m not willing to try after getting my Alfredo I had to go ask for that is pictured and watered down. No sauce to it at all or flavor.

We stayed at the hotel and tried these guys for breakfast. Slightly better than your standard hotel fare food, but I was hoping for better.Tried the build your own breakfast. Not much seasoning on anything so I had to over do it on salt/pepper/Tabasco. The bacon tastes like grease, breakfast potatoes are crunchy and flavorless, eggs were cooked perfectly over easy.Friendly, fast service and staff overall is fantastic. My little one had the toast, bacon and breakfast potatoes… she refused the bacon, toast was good but potatoes were ok.

Grandest disappointment in Minot. We dined in for the Sunday brunch. Absolute abysmal selection. I've seen better variety at a free continental hotel breakfast. For the price, there was a much higher expectation. The food was bland, cold, and otherwise unappealing. Would recommend steering clear. Wasn't even worth taking my phone out for a picture of the food. It's as bad as you can imagine.

Had a great experience at Primo! We ate in the bar, and it was very clean and comfortable. The bartender/server had a great attitude and was patient. The food and wine was delicious and very affordable. If you're looking for a good pasta dish in town, this is the place to go!

Would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could, expected a lot better. The food was way overpriced for what you get - the mussels were swimming in butter (not the wine sauce it was supposed to have), steak had zero flavor until you got to the portions that were severely burnt, my boyfriend added scallops and shrimp to my steak and they came out with so much oil it covered the whole plate, no flavor on the vegetables, my baked potato came out ice cold. Took forever to get our drinks. Our waiter was horrible, never took away any of the finished plates so we just had to keep piling them on the table, we had to try and flag him down to have our drinks refilled. After we finally got our food he just disappeared, never to be seen until we paid and then he just stood over our shoulders watching to see what tip we gave him. There was missing ceiling tiles all over, tiles you can see where they had water damage and just never bothered getting them replaced.Overall there was not one thing we enjoyed about this restaurant and for the prices we expected a lot more. The boyfriend felt bad for taking me here as it was supposed to be a nice dinner for my birthday.

Went there for Valentine’s Day…I honestly don’t know where to start, I regret it. They ran out of vegetables that were on the limited menu, we asked for bread and they told us they burnt all of it, one of the appetizers was served after the main course, took an hour to get our food, the setting was not professional whatsoever. They definitely had no system in place. Steak was good though.
Fixed Menu in BallroomPrime rib was overcookedChicken Kiev was on parSalad was iceberg lettuce with shredded carrots & ranch dressingSteamed veggie mix - cauliflower overcooked but the tricolor carrots in it were goodPasta Salads cooked firm & sauce tangySouthwest wraps hardSoft Pretzels rock hardBBQ Chicken skewers decent tho messySadly, everything was cold.I can't speak to value as I didn't see the price, since everything was pre-paid.Most wait staff were friendly enough & the barkeeps were slinging drinks in the dark, using phones for flashlights- pretty impressive.I can't say that the offerings would get me to come in for a sit down meal.
