Missing delivery order is one thing, but when I'm standing right in front of you I heard you confirm it twice and you still don't put it in the bag, that's a little concerning. didn't realize until I got home and I live on the other side of town.

I’m always very impressed with this location as most of the staff are very young and they all tend to show they care about their job. Today in particular I was very impressed because I walked in and it was so noticeably different that I asked the gentleman behind the counter if they had put in new counters. He explained to me that he had just cleaned them very well and the whole food area and seating areas were also very clean and organized. This young man clearly shows ambition and care also to pass on to his coworkers the importance of doing a good job. He told the other young man putting the toppings on a bowl to do it nicely so that it has good appearance. I was very impressed by that as you don’t always expect that kind of attention to detail at a quick stop take out type of place. Food was excellent and fresh.

I just wanted to say that tonight I came to get a burrito because I hadn’t eaten all day (I didn’t end up eating until like 7:30) and I hadn’t had a great day and the people who served me made me feel very welcome and were so kind to me.. on top of that I’m very picky about my burritos and they made it exactly how I liked it and showed me that it wasn’t an inconvenience for them. I very much appreciate the team at this location, great job!

Anybody can have one bad experience at even the best run fast food joints, and I have at this location a handful of times. But the vast majority of my sometimes weekly visits to this as my "home Qdoba" are overwhelmingly positive. Friendly workers, consistently huge portion sizes, and always willing to make adjustments so I can have the order I want. I highly recommend this location!

Food was good but the heavy set blonde female working, taking orders could care less if we were there. The guys in line were good..she just kept talking to them and was irked when we asked questions about something. It was as if the questions were beneath her. She must've forgotten her manners at home. We will the go out of our way to the other Qdoba from now on.
Man, $11.99 for a bowl that was half full. Extremely disappointed in the quality, the meat was dry and the rice was crunchy. Wish there was a chipotle in Minot.
