Kartharina (very much a KARON) was so rude and even yelled at me for wanting to buy a large cup of ICE... Very rude said she was a manager... Asked for another manager and she still kept yelling then asked for a guy named Kevin so called manager to come over... After I asked repeatedly for another manager... I am sure he didn't do anything for her bad additude... They really need better customer service and better managers... Also if u look at these good reviews they have most of the employees names 😂 yep we know them 5 stars are a lie... kay short for kathraina and Kevin didn't even try to hide his name... 😂 Y'all should be ashamed of writing false reviews

A lot of employees standing around yet they said they were really busy. 25 minute wait for a sandwich and fingers. Ridiculously slow!! Will never go back!
$50 for cold chicken and wilted cold fries for two of us. Absolutely not worth it.

1st time. Went through the drive through trying to order but didn't really know details that order taker thought I did. In other words didn't feel like I knew what I was ordering. Way way too much sauce on my Korean BBQ chicken chunks. Plus, you get two more dipping sauces. Too much.
