Absolutely one of the best dining experiences I have had. Food is deelish, service is exceptional. This place is a gem. Absolutely loved it and tho I live 3 states away, I hope to return!

I am not a huge craft beer guy, but I easily found a couple that I enjoyed. That's what you go to a brewery for is the beer, right? What got me here was there menu. What great choices! Many things you don't often find. I was spending a night in Minot on my way North and this was my choice for dinner. An excellent decision. I had the Buffalo Balls app. Outstanding! Sauce has great flavor with a little zip. Main course was an Elk Burger which was equally fantastic. Side of Potato Bacon Rutabaga mash- also delish!! Hope to stop again on my way home, but as much as I want to try something new, I enjoyed this meal WAY too much. To top off the experience, the staff is super friendly and attentive. They took great care of all my needs. I was there on a Friday and expected it to be packed. I can't believe it wasn't at capacity as it is simply THAT good!! This was one of the best dining experiences I have had.

There was a lot to like about SRB. I appreciate them thinking outside the box and ultimately developing an identity. The poutine was ok. The gravy to fries ratio was disappointing, and they use fried cheese curds which was unique but didn't work. The bison sausage was great. Their beer selection featured something for everyone, unless you wanted a no frills bold lager. The sliders were amazing, props to the cook for naturally cooking the patties to medium which I personally know is difficult to do with such a tiny patty. That being said, the bread was not the greatest. Better bread equals a home run in my opinion with the sliders. Good experience, but there's room for improvement.

We always look up brewpubs when traveling. Don’t let the location fool you. This brewery is a must! The bartender/waitress greeted us immediately. Gave us multiple samples before we chose. Food was amazing! Locally sourced/diverse menu. Elk chili and bison burgers were excellent. Quite a few vegan options as well! Make sure you check out this local gem!! Train wreck IPA was a winner!!

The food was really good, especially the elk stew, yummm. Service was excellent. Bison burger had a great sauce on it. The beers were good, I liked the Alt and hubby liked the hoppy lager #7. The great food made our visit to Minot satisfying.

What an amazing place! Mel was our bartender and he was beyond helpful. We had the perogies for an appetizer, a flight of beers, a poutine burger, and the SRB burger! It was all so very delicious. Can't wait to go in for some new brews!!

Went for the beer, stayed for the food and was impressed. I had the make your own sandwich and choose chicken without a bun. The plate was laid out fabulous and tasted great. Others and wings and lined them as well

Great food and awesome services . Glad the cheesecake queen is back . She makes fabulous velvet cheesecake for valentines Day . Definitely recommend to eat here . Support local places when possible . Keep up the great work .
Just finished lunch at SRB - it was fantastic! The BBQ chicken wings were amazing and their pizza meatball sub special was unique and yummy! Bonus - our server Mel was awesome! An overall great experience! PS: we highly recommend the Hanger Queen beer!

The staff was very fun and friendly. Very good selection on the drink menu and they have a good sized food menu as well. The only disappointment was there wasn’t a lot of sauce on the wings other then that I would definitely recommend.

my fiance and I went in for dinner and were greated by frendly staff our waiter Mel was supper frendly and informative about there drinks and food... the food was all fresh made nd grown and you could taste every bit we got full but not too full and felt great after eating.... will recommend to any one go in and say hi to Mel for me
