The reason for a 4 star review is their inconsistency. Most of the time when I go to a Starbucks it’s because I’m traveling and I know I can count on consistency with them but this specific store is all but consistent. I think people that work there are thinking it is cool or people may like it if they order a tall or grande and you give them a venti even if you don’t charge them for it because now it’s happened to me 3 times in a row. When I’m ordering a coffee I would like my coffee how I order it and if you change that weather it be with adding extra steamed milk and watering it down or just more coffee well I don’t want a watered down coffee and especially don’t want a venti coffee in my console. One it’s too big to deal with 2 I don’t want that much coffee so it is just simply a waste of a cup, a waste of coffee, and surely a waste for the company that doesn’t know their employees are handing out over sized drinks. The first 2 times it happened I thought it was just by chance but then the 3rd time it happened I finally said something. Also in the summer this store needs fly management in a major way. It’s a big problem. Other than these 2 things this is the better Starbucks in Minot.

Three times in a row I’ve gone here to get drinks and every time They have been wrong. I don’t get how they are made so differently compared to the other Starbucks in town. I would not recommend going here.

Was gonna grab a coffee this morning but upon arriving i learn their heat is not working and you can literally see the employees breath inside the store it's so cold. I went somewhere else.

What has happened to Starbucks? The coffee tastes like absolute crap! Save your time and money and just go to a gas station, seriously it will at least be hot and have some flavor unlike Starbucks!

I went there March 3, Sunday @ 6am. Online is posted that they open at 5:30am. All the doors were still locked. The employees inside didn’t bother opening the doors. What a waste of time. Also, I went there the next day, March 4, Monday. They were closed. If you’re going to run and operate a business, do so. Don’t blame the weather, or use of other reasons. Get reliable staff that can run and operate a business. Not these kids. Total fail, 2 days in a roll.
