Always the same overpriced coffee it is what it is

What a horrible Starbucks. I’m from out of town and I was standing in line for a Bearista cup the other day and the employee opens the door for the line of people and grabs all the cups right in front of the entire line waiting. I’m reporting this Starbucks to corporate. This female employee acted inappropriately. I’m disgusted at this behavior. At least leave a couple for the line of people. Starbucks employees knew this release was important for people, knew they were waiting in line. Why put it on the shelf if you’re going to greedily take them all? Yuk! I’m so happy I live in another area. Where I live, the people in my local Starbucks are respectful. This was a slap in the face. That employee shouldn’t work there anymore. Probably selling them online for personal, financial gain. Such a trashy experience. Just ewwwwww to that Starbucks. Represented exactly the state of the country we live in now.

My wife was in there this morning at 4am to wait for the new Teddy Bear cup, only for one of your EMPLOYEES to take the only 4 cups available at your store, my wife was second “in line” behind another customer,this employee unlocked the door from the inside and straight away ran over and took all four cups, claiming it’s for her babies, my wife and 10 other customers who were waiting are surly disappointed. I can understand an employee getting first rights to a cup but for this employee to take all 4 cups. Very disappointing

Rude. Very very rude staff. I didn’t take names down. As I voiced my concern with treating customers poorly, and instead of apologizing, they wanted to argue that there policy is to not come to there store until ordering 10 minutes prior to mobile ordering. Which for a fact is not true. Just a person having a bad day, but doesn’t mean they need to treat their customers bad either.

Ordered a triple shot grande mocha this morning at 8:32 a.m. CST. At the driver thru, paid cash. Someone did not put the lid on correctly and did not put a stopper in the lid and I've ended up with an entire cup of hot coffee down the front of my body, my shirt, and my skirt. I called to report this and was told they don't put stoppers in the lids of mocha grandes unless you ask for one. We'll how about do you confirm that you've correctly put a lid on the hot coffee???!!!

The reason for a 4 star review is their inconsistency. Most of the time when I go to a Starbucks it’s because I’m traveling and I know I can count on consistency with them but this specific store is all but consistent. I think people that work there are thinking it is cool or people may like it if they order a tall or grande and you give them a venti even if you don’t charge them for it because now it’s happened to me 3 times in a row. When I’m ordering a coffee I would like my coffee how I order it and if you change that weather it be with adding extra steamed milk and watering it down or just more coffee well I don’t want a watered down coffee and especially don’t want a venti coffee in my console. One it’s too big to deal with 2 I don’t want that much coffee so it is just simply a waste of a cup, a waste of coffee, and surely a waste for the company that doesn’t know their employees are handing out over sized drinks. The first 2 times it happened I thought it was just by chance but then the 3rd time it happened I finally said something. Also in the summer this store needs fly management in a major way. It’s a big problem. Other than these 2 things this is the better Starbucks in Minot.
