I had one item in my order with steak in it. They were out of steak so they refused to make my entire $25 order. Because it was mobile in store pickup it was already marked ready so I couldn’t cancel the order. Customer service doesn’t do refunds either. Just insane to tell someone they can’t make the order and just walk away offering zero solution whatsoever.

This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. The customer service was very poor, especially from the girl working the drive-thru. She seemed like she didn’t want to be there and had a bad attitude. Her hair was also not well kept. On top of that, we were told we couldn’t place a separate order and were told to get back in the long drive-thru line just to order again. The food itself was decent, but the service completely ruined the experience.

I love Taco Bell. I love the food. Customer service at every location could always use some work, but that’s typical of any fast food place. But Minot needs another location. I went for a small meal after a day hanging with friends. Placed my order online and went to jump in the drive through line. The line was out to the road, but I joined anyways. I barely notice 20 minutes pass by as I’m listening to some good music, but I’ve only moved up 3 spots. There were still 6 cars in front of me before I even reach the spot to tell the employee I’m here to pick up an online order. I can only imagine how the 4 additional cars behind me were feeling. I get it’s busy, but this is ridiculous.
Please open another location in Minot.

This was the worst experience I've ever had, waited over 30 minutes in the restaurant for our food, it gets to us, the hard shell tacos are smashed, half the order isn't there, workers were rude, they were taking door dash first. I will never go back. I used to love this place.

Absolutely terrible experience. We placed an online order and then wanted to order additional food through the drive-thru. We were told there’s a “one order per car” limit and that we would have to drive all the way around again just to place another order. That makes no sense and was incredibly inconvenient.

The customer service was rude and unhelpful, with zero effort to find a reasonable solution. Fast food is supposed to be fast and simple—this was neither.

We ended up leaving and taking our business to Taco John’s instead, where we were actually treated like customers. Won’t be coming back.

Worst experience ever. They do not care at all. We used the mobile app to order and 'checked in' when we got there. We asked a different employee 20 minutes later about the food and she said the first guy didn't even put it in. Then it took another 20 minutes for like 5 things.

This is the worst place to get food. Customers service was the worst I have probably experienced in my life. Workers just be chatting in the kitchen and expect you to ask the status of your orders before they even start preparing the food. One guy literally gave me cups to fill my drinks and told me the food will be ready in 4 mins. Don’t forget, this dude didn’t even check in the order, so I was basically waiting for 45 mins and nothing was done. I had to reach out to a different cashier before the order was checked in. It’s terrible and moreover, hygiene isn’t common word around there.

“The Fast Food That Forgot the ‘Fast’”

If you ever wondered what it’s like to age gracefully while waiting for tacos, look no further than the Taco Bell in Minot. The service here moves at the speed of continental drift — I’ve seen glaciers move faster.

They apparently close at 2 p.m.… because who doesn’t crave an early-bird special taco lunch and a side of disappointment? By the time you get your food, Hip Sips could’ve brewed your coffee, grown the beans, and taught them manners.

Taco Bell slogan says “Live Más,” but after waiting this long, it’s more like “Wait Más.”

Not my first taco bell i have stopped at but defiantly the worst so far. We were not aloud to brake up our order into 2 different orders we were told we had to order pay then get back in line. We watched the guy inside just stand there and hit on one of the girls inside and continued to ignore us while at the window. We then got back in line for our 2nd order and the guy then decided to tell us they were out of everything we were in line for. So in all we spent over 20 min in line for nothing.
