Had grilled chicken toasted tacos. That's exactly what they were. Grilled chicken with some cheese (I think) on a hard shell with cheese melted on one side. Boaring.

Customer service could use some help. Took a while just to ask someone for my cup to fill my soda as I waited for my food. Said it would be ready at 10:34, but took til 10:39. They really shouldn't put a ready time on the receipt, because things happen and customers tend to hold a facility to the time as "guaranteed" instead of "estimated". So I think they should eliminate the ready time to avoid conflict with customers.
Wheelchair accessibility: Sort of. They do not have the handicap buttons and automatic switches for the doors.

Taking over 10 mins to make my food (still waiting while writing this) it’s not busy or short staffed…. and then 2 guys go on break while I’m waiting… no one seems in any rush to get orders done.. this is crazy never been to a taco bell like this…..

My husband placed an online order for pick up Saturday night, he placed it like 30 minutes ahead of time because he knows how long this taco bell takes. When he gets there and goes inside to get his order, they tell him he placed it over drive thru pick up. He said oh my bad can I just pick it up inside? One girl said yes, then another guy came up and said no you have to go thru the drive thru. My husband was like, well the other girl said I could, the guy there blamed it on the fact that she is new. What's the difference between picking up your order inside or drive thru? It's coming from the same place!! So they made my husband wait in the long line in the drive thru which was about ANOTHER 30 MINUTES. When they could've just handed him his food when he was inside. I've never had a fast food place care about whether the online order was placed for drive thru or in store, they just hand over the food that we have already paid for. I can't believe with how many complaints this taco bell has that it's still open and allowed to operate. The managers there obviously do not care about their job and aren't afraid of getting fired because it seems like they can get away with treating customers horribly.

the Mexican pizza was really oily went it there to try and get a refund the lady started getting loud with me.
The worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Would not recommend. If you want to wait 2 hours for your food be my guest. They need new management or something.

Worst experience I've ever had in my whole entire life. It was below zero outside and I was on foot. I entered to a completely empty lobby at around 9am and went to sit down and warm my hands enough to go up to order. I hadn't been inside more than 10 minutes when the supervisor walked over and rudely asked me if I was going to order anything or just loiter inside his empty lobby. He was so rude and I asked him as a fellow North Dakotan if he would just throw me back out into the cold if I couldn't order Knowing I had plenty of money and every intention on ordering and he said it's not my problem we don't allow loiterers or your kind here and if you don't leave ill call the police. I left and didn't order a thing and I will probably never eat at Taco Bell again as long as I live.
