Stood in the lobby in front of the cash register for fifteen minutes before walking out without ordering. Nobody else in lobby and the drive thru line was short. Multiple people made eye contact with me but nobody stopped to take my order or even acknowledge me.

The food tastes like it's from Taco Bell, so it's good enough if that's what you're looking for. The wait time, on the other hand, doesn't correlate to the food quality! I ordered through the app about 10 minutes before arriving and still had to wait in an empty restaurant for another 10 minutes before receiving my food.

This place has the laziest bunch of people working there . Me and my co worker came in and stood at the register for about 5 minutes before a lady scolded us for not using the kiosk machines . So then we ended up attempting to use the machine and they screwed up my order . I will never return !

Came here twenty five minutes ago, I’ve been in line wondering what is taking so long. Get up to the window and the worker says hey it’s gonna be a few minutes I have to complete the order ahead of you. 5 minutes later he’s back and asks for our order. Proceeds to get two of the products down and says can you hold on I have to let my staff know what’s coming up next. Comes back on 5 minutes later and says is there anything else. We finish our order and he says after ordering now wait here while we finish the order ahead of you. Just a few more minutes, finally get our order. Just not sure how it took as long as it did when the guy said there was four workers. The math isn’t mathing. Definitely disappointing, it’s supposed to be fast food. They also forgot our sauces and drink.

Terrible 5 people ahead of us....45 minute wait? nobody even mentioned this to us.I worked at TJ's years ago,not to hard to whip out a order.Some petite woman barking at everyone.These reviews are terrible...where are the owners....DO SOMETHING ?

Waited in front of the cash register area to order for about 5 minutes before anyone even looked at me just to point me to the kiosk to order, (fine no biggie) returned to register to pay waited another 5 mins or so. Wasn’t even gunna give me my drinks until my order was ready, waited probably 25/30 minutes after that and my rice was CRUNCHY on all my bean&rice burritos. 1/10 even watched them make the food directly in front of me & it still tastes stale.
Food is thrown together, service is just ok. Dining room is not

Very unpleasant older man working who ignored us at the counter for over 10 minutes before deciding to acknowledge us then told us go use the kiosk. He was slamming stuff around and huffy with everyone. Spent over 52 dollars in food to feed 5 people while waiting for info on a family member in ICU and it being only place open we had no choice. The meat had a funk to it and tasted off and we found long hairs in the tacos. Very disappointed and have exhausted children going to bed hungry because everything else is closed.
