I got the chalupa combo. Wasn't impressed. Food was just okay. Could used a lot more spices.
This is very americanized mexican food. Perfect for anyone who has aversion to spices.
The food here definitely doesn't not remind me of California.
Also the server at the counter was rude and took back the paper menu out of my hand. I wanted to take the menu with me. , so I could order from this restaurant again. But after the rude service, and subpar food, I will not be back.

Oh man this little spot takes me back to Cali. You can get a quick bite from outside or go in for table service. It's got a small restaurant space with a set up and colors that just transport you to a different place. Such an amazing use of a small space and to top it off the food and service was great. Definitely recommend it!!

I got the burrito grande with guac, red sauce and queso and my goodness it was pretty amazing—currently 8 months pregnant and crying that I don’t have more burrito. It can get a little spendy with the up charges but they’re sooooooo good. My husband is going to be sent back sometime soon for more ?

My husband and I come here all the time, always an awesome experience food wise and with all the staff, they are all so friendly and strive to give amazing service. Hands down the best Mexican restaurant in Minot!
Ordered the carne asada dish - not good; the meat just tasted off - chose not to eat it; margarita was nothing special; service was decent but food overall sub par. Background music was like a Hispanic version of a Barry Manilow genre - sorry but it was pretty bad.

Several vegetarian options. Good enchiladas rojas and good tostada. I took one home but they have a lot on top including sour cream, so it didn't last the one hour drive home. That is better eaten at the mall right when you order it. I have a high standard for chile rellenos and didn't like theirs, but service is friendly and everything else eaten on site was good. Red sauce was really good.
Vegetarian options: several burritos and enchiladas are vegetarian.

We have been here several times as it used to be good. The last 3 times were very disappointing. We decided to give it one last shot yesterday and from the service to the food it was again disappointing. The refried beans were awful. They were watery and did not use any seasoning. The cheese enchiladas used to have a good Mexican cheese inside and now they had a soggy shredded cheese inside. All of our meals were not even close to the food they used to serve. Then they marked off their square on the Minot Baseball card and said it could only be used once there. That's not how it works but oh well.
