It's OK. Food is priced correctly, consists of standard TJ fare. Service is abominably slow - the wait time is absurd for a fast food joint.

Still amazes me as low as my expectations are for this place that they still fall short of the bar time and time again. First off if you tried ordering using the app I'm not sure which grade school programing class Taco Johns gave a bunch of 10% coupons to is. Whoever built it has apparently never used it. As far as the restaurant itself at this point I'm more surprised when they actually get the order right than I am disappointed or upset when they get it wrong. Think of it as the trend going around the internet where you tell them to just give you whatever the last person had or their favorite item. It's pretty much the same you might get what you ordered, you might get half of it, you might get none of it. It's not the workers fault when it happens all the time. It's a obvious lack of leadership which is on the managers and owners of this place to have such low standards and allow this to happen. I know it's hard to find good help but I'm a believer in people are only as good as you want them to be.

Every time I eat here, every single time, the tacos are bland, it’s so upsetting because the quesadillas are good and so are the potatoes but the tacos, the one thing I got it had no flavor. The only thing you can taste actually is the lettuce.
I sat in line for 45 min of my hour long lunch and did not even get the correct food. I tried calling but no one picks up! I want a refund! I have pictures!
