We were told there would be a 15 minute wait. OK, no problem. But 15 turned into 35. Once seated, the waitress (Raelyn) asked about drinks. ALL 4 of us said "water with lemon". Only 1 got lemon. When she came to take our order I asked again for lemons. She said she would bring some. I'm still waiting. Regarding the food, it was ok, but not great. My wife said she can get better lettuce at any supermarket than what was in her Greek Salad. $13.99 for a pile of bad lettuce. The waitress brought us the check and said she would take it when I was ready. I was ready, but she went and grabbed her drink and talked with another waitress. I tried flagging her down, but she was too interested in her drink and her personal conversation.There's many good restaurants in Minot...this is not one of them.

Food was pretty good. I had the margharita pizza and have also had the pesto pasta. I think it could use a bit more flavor, but the presentation and portions were good. Nice open atmosphere with wood and metal accents. There's a small bar area, good beer selection. Staff were awesome and quick!

My 78 year old husband called The Starving Roostet to ask a question about delivery and pizza size and when he could not understand the woman who answered the phone and she had to repeat herself. she became very rude and spoke ivery slowly annunciating each word in a in a very patronizing manner. He was upset when he got off the phone. I called back and asked for the manager… it turns out it was the same woman who had been rude to my husband. I told her he was upset at how rude she was and that we would never eat a pizza there, and that I was going to write a review, explaining why, rather than apologize she said. “You do that! “ and so I have. We did not order there snd never will. A simple apology would have worked! Please forgive me for being forced to add some false answers to get my post in.

Samantha was our server and she couldn't do enough for us. She answered our questions with courtesy and patience. The pasta was served piping hot, just the way we like it. The flatbread chicken Alfredo, however, was bland and the cheese was barely melted and was luke warm. The beer cheese was not hot and way too thick for dipping. The flavor was pleasant though. The strawberry rhubarb Moscow mule has a pleasing refreshing taste. Perfect on a hot summer's day. Would eat here again.
