Customer service excellence food excellence as well you need to make reservations brunch was buffet style choices ranging from scrambled eggs ,omelette station, ham, waffles, breakfast potatoes, meatloaf, mash and gravy, variety of fruit , cakes , and your choice of drinks and mix more that I haven’t named - would I come here again? Absolutely you not be disappointed

They are the only place in Minot offering a Gyro on their menu, and let me tell you, it's absolutely fantastic. I enjoyed it so much that I ordered it two days in a row—and I have no doubt I'll be returning for more. The place is always spotless, and everyone working there is genuinely friendly. Be aware that during peak hours, the atmosphere can get quite lively and loud, but honestly, that just adds to the busy, energetic vibe that I enjoy. The food is top-notch, and I appreciate how quick they serve. Looking forward to my next visit!

We went there to celebrate the retirement of a colleague. Food and service were excellent! The menu has variety but isn’t so extensive that it confuses you. I had their house salad with ranch. The ranch was delicious! Not too runny or thick. For my meal, I had the seafood pasta which was excellent. The sauce was the perfect consistency!

Best restaurant in town, not close.

We finally tried the Vardon today, and it did not disappoint. Service was fantastic, the vibes are chill and the food was great.

We had the spinach, artichoke and crab dip for an app with the bourbon special and a spicy bloody mary (SO GOOD). For entrees, we had the Vardon Gouda burger (can't remember the full name) and the ribeye. Thay burger was perfect! Pretty good steak - flavorful seasoning and super tender. We finished the meal with the cheesecake, which was not only delicious, but also HUGE.

Overall, highly recommend for a casual date or fancy night out. If we had more time at Minot, we would have definitely been repeat customers.

Waited to order appy, received it 35 minutes later. Supper came after an hour after. 3 waitresses and no water for 20 mins. Waitresses visiting with all tables and standing around. Not friendly at all.

I appreciate being able to seat myself. There are beautiful views outside the window in the fairly new addition. The food was prepared well and had fantastic flavors. Walleye bites are a must try. They are seasoned and crisp to perfection. Fitz's Quinoa Bowl had spicy red flakes in the sauce that was not listed in the menu. The salmon was cooked extremely well. The flavors were a great mix of sweet and savory, minus the spicy bites. The special Shrimp Fried Rice sith Postickers dish also had some spicy rice, which again was not listed. This patron wasn't able to finish the rice. Listing spice on the menu will help the customer make appropriate choices when ordering. The rest of our party enjoyed the 1237 East Passyunk Ave. Cheesesteak, JZ's Original or Mediterranean Chicken Gyro with Beef/Lamb, and Shrimp Fried Rice with PotSticker special (including the spice!) The evening was busy and there were only two servers so service took longer than previous visits. Even so, the two waitresses did a wonderful job, remained pleasant, and did not show stress. All in all, we had a wonderful evening in a relaxing atmosphere. I appreciated the busy night with extended waits because it gave us more quality time together.
