Idk of its because they are short staffed but it took longer that 30 minutes to get to the ordering board and the another 30 to get food and then we were missing items. This gas happened a couple of times now.

Overall I like the burgers more than most in town. BK burger is great but the overall package is not.
Went to drive thru and order family nuggets, nothing else, had us pull to side and said it would be 7 mins since it's alot of nuggets. We waited and waited, finally my teenagers went in and the food was done but they forgot to run it out to us. Ya super annoying

I ordered the Krabby Patty Collab meal and let's just say SpongeBob would not have approved this. There was no sauce, no tomato,no onion. It was smashed and cold. The fries were cold and unsalted. The Pineapple Under The Sea frosty I guess mean a vanilla frosty with pineapple syrup just sitting at the bottom. No straw or spoon to mix or eat it with. This is the third order you've just destroyed. Wendy's used to be the better quality of fast food but you have really gone down hill. You got the last of the dollars I'll ever give you. Just awful.

There’s nothing wrong with the food. However the staff has no urgency and it shows. I waited in a drive thru line for (no exaggeration) 45 minutes. I almost never post reviews but that long of a wait at a fast food restaurant prompted me to. I could see one of the employees visible through the drive thru window eating. Maybe they could serve people writhing 45 minutes if that wasn’t happening.

Mwent in and ordered food at 5:09 to go did not get food until 5:56. The fries and nuggets sat on the counter in a bag for 30 minutes waiting on the burger. The burger wasn't even warm. Worst experience ever.
