A moment ago I bought a chili and this is the third time they gave me the chili frozen and today I asked them why they sell the food like that and they got angry. The truth is it is bad service. They should coordinate their employees better and realize how they treat customers.

2:30 in the afternoon…maybe there was a lunch rush and that’s why the garbages are both overflowing, most soda flavorings were out, and all of the tables are dirty… however, this (the picture) is completely unacceptable. Made me want to throw up when I saw how many dead bugs were lying on the window ledge by the table I was eating at. Staff was nice and friendly, but the environment/atmosphere made me seriously rethink my choice in coming to this location.
