I’m from Colorado. This place has the best Carmel rolls I’ve ever had. North Dakota people, you are lucky to have Carmel rolls in your great state. We don’t have them in Colorado! This cafe in New Rockford is pretty darn great!!!

The food is excellent. Service is great! I was able to order a custom omelet which as a fussy eater is very important to me.

Dietary restrictions: I eat a carnivore diet and they were accommodating to me.

It's a great place to have breakfast where people are really friendly and easy to talk to. Where strangers act more like friends

Family dinner. Ordered the Spanish omelette and the filling was a meat paste which I think was to be chorizo. Young lady waiting on me was very good. They serve fake whitener for coffee - please ask for dairy product.

No thanks. Hamburger tastes like the fridge, chopped up, rusty iceberg lettuce(not much nutrition), shoestring fries were mostly ends and I had to ask for a fork. BLT had 1 piece of bacon , bad fixings, mostly an odd slice of tomato, so basically a tomato sandwich on the world's smallest slices of bread...think walmart cheapest size. Only one other customer in the place and 4 workers. No one greeted us and it took 5 minutes or more to get a menu. No water offered. No utensils were ever brought..I had to ask for a fork to eat the tiny dried fry ends. Then she asked my daughter if she would also like a fork!! The check came ..I gave the server my card and she said they DO NOT take cards!! I told her I have never used check since 2003. I had to walk to the grocery store to use the Atm. No signs were posted stating this. P.S. it took 20 minutes to get a burger, a BLT and 2 orders of fries, 2 cokes..$27.00. Very bad experience all around. Smelled musty and closed in ..like a garage. Looks like one from the outside too.
