Was amazing service they brought it out to me quick and the girl at the counter Kim I think it was she was super friendly and inviting she kept the smile on my face the whole way home
Kid-friendliness: She was super friendly to my kids and made them smile so much with the little jokes she was saying

Night crew is not the greatest. 20 minutes to get one blizzard. Pulled up to drive thru and no response and we’re just staring at me and the other cars in line. Said hello and finally had someone say something. Pulled up and all teens just standing around doing nothing and after pulling up to window took awhile to get actually the blizzard which was not even close to what I ordered. Need to have an adult as manager to maybe make sure

Literally the worst DQ ever. They ALWAYS messed up on my order. They don’t know how to take a SIMPLE 7$ meal deal. Always forgetting to add or remove something from my order ESPECIALLY on my blizzard. Like how hard is it to work there? It’s insane when I tell you that it’s EVERY time I go. There hasn’t been one time where they get my order right. And it’s not me because the one in Williston, killdeer, and Stanley are on point each time. And I order the same thing.

Don't get the onion rings they're burnt. They don't have a drive thru because they don't have enough employees but have twice as many as other stores that have theirs open. They never remember to take of ingredients that I ask to be taken off. And the worker that took my order was rude and told me how to order.

Shout-out to Mr. Short and the staff that work October 2! Mr. Short went out of his way to make sure we had an amazing experience. From ordering to receiving the food. He chatted with us and made sure the orders were right! All the staff had great attitude and service quality. We had a large group(team) and were treated well. We had quick and quality time and food. Thank you Dairy Queen!

Wished I could give ZERO STARS! Walked in as they opened 11am on lunch break, wilted salad, ranch that looked like it was left out for days, no eating utensils given. When asked I was ignored. I can’t go back to them to have them fix my order beings I had to get back to work! Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting how this place is ran! I’d rather drive the 1.5 hrs to go to minot to get DQ there. Unfortunately I’m stuck working. Waste of $24!
