Don't get the onion rings they're burnt. They don't have a drive thru because they don't have enough employees but have twice as many as other stores that have theirs open. They never remember to take of ingredients that I ask to be taken off. And the worker that took my order was rude and told me how to order.

Shout-out to Mr. Short and the staff that work October 2! Mr. Short went out of his way to make sure we had an amazing experience. From ordering to receiving the food. He chatted with us and made sure the orders were right! All the staff had great attitude and service quality. We had a large group(team) and were treated well. We had quick and quality time and food. Wished I could give ZERO STARS! Walked in as they opened 11am on lunch break, wilted salad, ranch that looked like it was left out for days, no eating utensils given. When asked I was ignored. I can’t go back to them to have them fix my order beings I had to get back to work! Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting how this place is ran! I’d rather drive the 1.5 hrs to go to minot to get DQ there. Unfortunately I’m stuck working. Waste of $24!

Someone get Robert out from behind that counter. From stopping up the line to ring himself up before lunch to arguing with customers about if they should say what the name of the item is or use the numbers on the menu (he prefers the name apparently). Food is decent, just service and his yelling throughout the dining area.

Ordered 6 PC chicken box and onion rings with a few others things, was charged for it, came home to find out there's only 3 chicken tenders and only one onion rings. Also the bread it came with is soggy and the butter on it tastes like severely unhealthy theater popcorn. Also the chili dogs made my husband very sick.

Great tasting hamburgers and blizzards. It is one of the best places to eat in New Town. They are open and serving delicious food and ice cream. Park and go inside.
Went on a very busy hour, ordered my food and everything came out good. The only thing I had trouble with was there was no medium sized lids but other than that it was a pleasent experience.
