Didn't know they had showers. They do have good prices on food
Only reason we could stand staying at the motel next door
Yesterday I had the opportunity to stop here as I traveled to Bismarck. Before when I had stopped the facilities were clean. Yesterday it was terribly dirty. Coffee center had not been cleaned. There was a broom leaning against a counter, and was not moving itself. Such a beautiful and convenient location but being so filthy, it is not a desirable stop any longer.
In August 2025, we visited the On The Run Travel Center in New Town, North Dakota. The store is clean and has colorful displays on the walls, and it has clever merchandise to sell. Surrounding the On The Run Travel Center, there are many North Dakota favorites, like round bales of hay and active oil wells and tanks. We had a pleasant experience visiting On The Run Travel Center and talking with the friendly employees and seeing the clever decorations and merchandise.

Poor management, they open the doors at 5 am, have nothing ready to eat except cold aweful tasting sandwiches, the indian lady waiting on me was rude because i asked why does a small snickers bar cost 2.87, ridiculous, the gas is overpriced, dont stop here..

Pretty dirty in the restrooms and showers but the employees were friendly at least.
So, a lot of the reviews on here are pretty bad. My personal experience is that the customer service is good. The restrooms aren't terrible. I haven't used the showers. My biggest complaint is this one: it's not twenty-four hours. Two there's no DEF at the pumps, this seems to be the theme in North Dakota. It's really annoying, like, really, really annoying, like super annoying.And maybe you're thinking, oh, just get a def delete... It's not my truck, bro. Anyways, other than that complaint seems like a pretty good place. And there's always plenty of room for my fellow brothers and sisters who are truck drivers.
All the food in the warmer is always 3, to 6 hours past it's pull out time I wouldn't eat the hot foods unless you want to get sick
They close at unspecified times
Says they open at 5a.m. Definitely doesn't seem to be the case. Get it together.
