A standard small town diner. As one would expect, the breakfast is where this place shines.

This is a small town restaurant so consider that reality. As such, it’s good food, good service and has that local feel. Happy people.

It is my first time to eat here since it became Sister's Kitchen. The waitress was really nice. The burgers that my husband and son had was good according to them. I had porkchops but I was not very impressed. It kind of lack flavor. The criss cut was good though, I liked it. This is a restaurant in small town Oakes, ND so the environment feels homey.

Great little gem in small town North Dakota run by, you guessed it, two sisters! Daily specials are always delicious and very affordable. Sister's Kitchen is famous for their home made caramel rolls and knoephla soup. You won't find better anywhere else!

Parking: No parking lot. Street parking only. Space only becomes an issue during the lunch rush during the week.

Kid-friendliness: Family environment. Kids are appreciated. But you won't find games or toys for kids. Just good old fashioned home made food that kids and adults love.

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking spaces available on the street right at the main entrance with wheel chair ramps.

My husband had under cooked hashbrowns and was cold. I had a taco omelet but had no taco flavor. We got only 2 cups of coffee. The restaurant was clean and warm.
