Terrible service, the location is ran by drug users that make some horrible food. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Door was locked when we got there at 1030. And employees belongings were over half the tables for when they didn't have customers and just watched

Frequented many times in the past before a new manager had taken over. Past manager gave good service and quick prep time. Ordered through the drive-thru for late night fast food. Wait time was quick since it wasn’t so busy. Girl over the speaker got my order incorrect on multiple food items. Once it was time to pay the entire order was incorrect after multiple attempts of correcting her over the speaker. Which was also at a very low volume. Paid and asked for a receipt. To which she replied that it was in the bag. Naive and misplaced trust I believed her and went on my way to the local dollar store. Doubled checked my bags for receipt and none to show for. Returned to the store and spoke with“Enrique” the person in charge recalled my receipt and in a condescending manner said there was nothing wrong and it was correct. To which I promptly left. Will not be returning and do not recommend unless a change in management and/or cleanliness is achieved.

Normally I haven't had issues here before but won't be coming back. Closes at 11pm and I pull up @ 10:50 with the open sign still flashing. Went to the drive through, no response. Tried to come in and door was locked. Tried to call and no answer. I could see three people working inside so I knocked. A younger gentlemen look right at me and walked to the back and pretended he didn't see me. If they were closed that's fine but don't look at me in my eyes and walk off like I don't exist. All he has to do was say we closed early, I'm okay with that. The sad thing is all I wanted was a drink because everything else closes early around here. Pretty sad to lose a customer over something as simple as a drink because the workers are too lazy and worried they might have to make someone's food.
