If I could give this place a negative star rating, I would. I put in an online order well before 6 pm through Subway’s app. The app accepted my purchase, charged my card, and said my order would be ready at 6:20pm. I showed up a wee bit early and was met with locked doors and “closing at 6” signs. I decided to try the intercom and was met with a SUPER RUDE “WE’RE CLOSED MA’AM!!” It was the manager even! I couldn’t believe that an establishment would hire such a rude person as their manager. I wouldn’t have been so mad if I wasn’t greeted by someone hollering at me through an intercom. I’m never, ever eating at this particular Subway ever again. I better get my money back too!
