It's a food truck that meets evolution, trying to open and set up a permanent location for a restaurant. It looks family-run and has that sort of attitude. It attracts many customers on various days and is a popular place for service members pulling alerts. I don't know their delivery schedule for restocks; however, when we came, they were out of various ingredients for many of the dishes they offered. We ordered takeout. We got a green wet burrito, burrito percheron and some flautas. The fresh Pico on the side was amazing!!! The steak was both tender and juicy! Really impressed with this place, we will definitely be back to try more!
Hidden Gem! I found this on a google search for restaurants or I wouldn’t have known it existed. It took us a bit to find it but I’m so glad we did. Coming from Arizona we love Mexican food and have eaten it in several states. This is some of the best we have had outside of Mexico.
Their portion sizes are huge so bring an empty stomach and a big appetite.
