Drive thru very long wait. Get home and salad has no chicken in it. Burger had no sauce. Frustrating that food is overpriced, wait is very long, and then don’t get what you ordered ! 3 high school kids that looked and acted under the influence of something were less than thrilled to be at work and it showed when we checked our order!

Put up a sign that says that the doors ain’t closing till 7pm and they close the doors and drive through at 5:55 PM, and my food wasn’t even hot

The entire staff was rude and complaining to the one worker that cared about the customer. I bought an ice cream cake for my wife we get home and had to throw it away. Hair and plastic in the cake just a poor experience.

Arrived on Friday night around 5:45. The drive through was packed so we went inside. The employee working the register was very friendly when asked about what his favorite blizzard was. I had decided on an extreme brownie blizzard, but then saw the brownie batter flavor and asked which he preferred. He said the brownie batter. He asked me if I wanted to change the order, which I did. He was happy to make the change for me and didn’t grumble like most people these days do. Our 2 blizzards, a twist cone, and 2 pup cups were done in record time with smiles on the faces of all. It really is nice to see a group of young people working together as a team and giving excellent customer service at the same time. Thanks for a great experience…it was, after all, my birthday weekend.

Lobby is closed at 7 :00 pm and says closes at at 9:00 pm. Service is garbage you ask to customize your order and they act like it I the biggest deal in the world. Who ever owns this franchise should get new staff will never go there again.
