Horrible. Waited in line for 45 minutes just to see family and friends let into the restaurant when the lobby says closed. Maybe you should do your job instead of visiting with family when you are completely busy.

Awful, just awful. Took my order, waited over 45 minutes for our food. The kitchen was placing food packages on the pass thru and the cashier had no idea where they went. He was sorting thru tickets and just guessing as he bagged and boxed orders. Our meal was made incorrectly twice. The kitchen staff came out and looked at my receipt thinking I was making it up. People were left digging thru bags and boxes placed on the counter because he had no idea if orders were correct or what order numbers they were. I didn’t order ice cream but that was a circus for people that did. The employee in charge of ice cream that night was extremely slow, there was a line of people waiting and then in walk his own children, and he serves them ip some ice cream cones on the house immediately and they leave. Not even paying customers. Never ever going back. This place needs to close and focus on training their employees.

The service is terrible, by the time we got our food it was freezing cold. People who came in after us got their food before us. Took forever. Not coming here ever again.
Why is that they close every night after 9 when they are open until 10? And they have all their lights and signs on and people are in the inside? Another time they forgot to give me a meal and I called and they basically told me too bad.

I only use the drive thru and am always served quickly. They have the BEST cheese burgers in town, so worth every penny. The lettuce and tomatoes are fresh, the buns soft and the grilled burger has that taste only grilled stuff has.Their ice cream treats are amazing! I like that there's a variety of sizes to chose from.Love thus place!

Worst DQ I’ve ever been to. A line of cars flows onto the street only because of how slow the drive thru is, while the inside is closed. When you do get to the window the lady won’t even talk to you, just hand you your food and close the window. This place needs help.
