Good subs. Tried the footlong nacho, but could only add certain toppings, unlike the subs. Kiddos love the ham & cheese with lettuce. I prefer the italian BMT.

The staff was rude no customer service skills they were made us leave without leting us finish our because they were closed at nine. It would has been bit 5 minutes before we were done. You have just lost some costumers because of it.

Attempted to order a plater couldn't order online. Attempted to order over the phone, couldn't take card over the phone. Put in an oder on the app for 10 sandwiches at 930am to be ready at 1130am. Order was paid for but didn't include a tip on the card. Apparently the employees feel the need to input that the order is ready and then let our guy sit there and wait while they start making the order. They also felt the need mention that they didn't get a tip. Sorry we planned on a cash tip....... but opening your mouth about it ensured you didn't get one.

It's either regular or a miss. Usually a miss. I would tip if the order was done when it says it will be or if they didn't constantly mess it up. I understand when it's busy but apparently it doesn't matter if they're busy or not. It's subway tho. I guess I shouldn't expect much.
