It's either regular or a miss. Usually a miss. I would tip if the order was done when it says it will be or if they didn't constantly mess it up. I understand when it's busy but apparently it doesn't matter if they're busy or not. It's subway tho. I guess I shouldn't expect much.

Our order was wrong, didn’t receive some of the items. Milk and applesauce for the kids meals, 6 pack of cookies. Sandwiches were made wrong. When I called the guy told me using the f word many times to pick the stuff off myself. I have filed a report. I had him on speaker phone and my little grandchildren heard him using the f word.

These ladies were great. I had a huge order (for the rig crew) they had it ready when i got there, they were friendly, and more importantly all of the sandwiches were great!
