Portion size for the price was weak. But the taste was pretty good service and atmosphere was pretty decent as

Really good place to get food in a small town. If its some kinda holiday or lots of snow call in advance to see if theyre open. The google hours can differ from their actual hours.

Arrived to find the main dining room full, so we took a table down the stairs in the lower level/meeting room. The young lady waiting on us was very nice and brought us coffee right away, but we found out very soon you have to ask for refills… we kind of felt like we were “out of sight, out of mind” in the lower area. We ordered our regular 2 eggs over easy, bacon, hash browns and an English muffin. The eggs were perfect, the bacon was the thickest cut we have had in a long time (really nicely cut), but was not quite crispy enough for us, the hash browns were perfect and we both commented that the english muffin was crunchy and toasted perfectly (the first in a long time as most under-toast them). Everything considered, we would come back, but hope to be seated in the main seating area that gets more attention!

Great little diner with the best sticky buns around! A must try.

Had a fantastic experience. The food was great, well beyond my expectations. The waitress was very nice and attentive, kept our drinks full and our dishes cleared. The price was the best surprise. Fair price and great portions. My compliments to the cook!

Was totally worth the wait when first came here. Not expecting to have portions as big as it had before ! Also was very great customer service and in a good location where plenty of tourist can go.

Wonderful people and place to eat

The wait is always very long but if you have time the food is good. Nothing to write home about, it’s typical diner food but good. There aren’t a lot of options in Tioga so as far as restaurants in Tioga go, it’s good.

If I could give it half a star that'd be too much. Sat for 30 minutes before a waitress came over...ordered our food, it took an hour for two of our party to get their food...the other two in the party waited another 30 minutes and never got their food. When we asked about it, the waitress said, "I don't even have a clue". I guess being one of the few places to eat in town, you can afford to treat customers that way. If I owned the place, there'd be more than one cook and there'd be competent waitresses! Have no clue about the taste of the food...never got my food!

I love diners. This is a good clean one. Giant oj, thick bacon, eggs over easy perfect, buttery toast... I want to try the cheese burgers or the spaghetti dinner for lunch.
