The worst customer service I've yet to experience. Called ahead of time asked what time they stopped serving food. The lady tells me 11:45. We arrive after working 21 hours straight on location and this rude oversized pathetic excuse for a female tells me read the menu food stops at 9:45 not 11:45....literally we got here at 9:49....4MINUTES PASSED THE SERVING PERIOD and she arrogantly says she WONT serve us. YOUR FACILITY IS CALLED THE RIG....WE WORK ON THE RIGS YOU PROMOTE!!!! Places like this need not open if they can't get employees that actually want to work....she very easily could've made us burgers or something just to throw some food in our stomachs because she knows ain't a thing open out here for at least 60 miles....they had a total of 7 customers, all who were drinking not eating....she just passed an easy tip of $50 and at least a $200 tab....places like this make it hard to want to do business in these small towns....I'd fire that lady in a second if that was my establishment

Got the philly,don't expect good meat it was pot roast chopped up,sweet potato fry were burnt. The bartender was 100% awful. Would not recommend at all .

This is the second time my family and I came to the Rig. The first time was wonderful and I would give it 10 stars if I could. Today was a totally different experience. The food was excellent as per usual. The bartender though? Zero stars. We called to make sure it was good if we brought our two toddlers. She told us we could but we had to “eat and get out”. I thought it was rude but maybe it was just my interpretation of her conversation. When we got there, she was even more rude than over the phone. We ordered our food and she was short and seemed annoyed that we decided to come out for dinner with our kids, even though as we sat there, more kids showed up with their families. We said that we’d use our kids sippy cups instead of an open cup because they’re young toddlers. She told us we were not allowed outside beverages…for toddlers. She had the rudest look on her face. The lady who was cooking was wonderfully kind and polite and more than accommodating and the food was great. Overall, we won’t be back for dinner with or without our kids. Or for drinks without our kids.
