Who ever was working as the burger maker on 10/26/24 at 10:30 am is purposely smashing the burgers and making them soggy ... I will not be coming to this burger king anymore

Took the family here to eat so spent a lot but the staff seemed very off that evening. We had to wait a long time before the service came to help who started taking our order then without a word erased the order and walked away. A manager then came and rolled her eyes at us with an attitude and we had to start our order all over again. Unsure what that was about but this place has gone way downhill with staff that are rude and unclean, dirty hands, had dirty faces, messy colored nasty hair and untidy uniforms. Place itself seemed clean but also gave the impression it was closed as no one was there and maybe we should not have been either, will think twice before returning.

Went here today with an online order and the first lady at the drive thru looked at us like she was upset. It took longer to use the app than to go thru the drive-thru. And both of our burgers had sand in them. Dropped on floor unprofessional and would like an apology for this horrible service. That's how you treat customers good luck staying open.
My breakfast was ready in minutes and was very delicious! Staff was also very friendly and it was one of the cleanest fast food establishments that I have ever been in! Thanks again for the great experience!

Me and me sister got recorded without our consent on something personal, and it still never got resolved. Then my sister got yelled at by another employee, and the coworker got away with it. All I'm going to say is never work here, and this is coming from a senior who's still in school.

last time I was there the manager was rude to her employees and customers and was very cocky to flash her title of manager around ...she was constantly yelling and she seemed flustered under pressure. the staff that is usually around in the mornings or daytime hours are really nice and it's a shock how big of a difference it is.
Employees allow their children to run around in the back where food is being handled/made, and fryers are being used.
