I placed an order through my BK app, then drove to the drive-through speaker. I told them I placed an order through the app, and they asked me what my name was and told me to drive up. I ordered a whopper and medium onion rings, and they had the food ready within 2 minutes. I only had a 2 minute drive home, but when I went to eat it, the whopper was on the cold side. The only place left we can afford here in town but the food isn't always fresh and the Management are extremely nasty to the customers and the employees. Several times we have walked in to hear the big one screaming at employees and she is always dirty and smells. The place itself is kind of dirty but looks like they are at least trying harder now to keep it cleaner. The night time management is complete different and friendlier with better service. Good for a low cost meal...
