I only give 1 start because system don't let me put cero. Tonight I have a worth time in this restaurant in all my life. The girl with name Christine, try me very racist and unprofessional. I order my order to the table, and she refuse that services ,because she said they are short people's. when I enter in restaurant ,I asking for help with the electronic menu, and they refuse too. I'm a handicap person. I can't walk what side to another, because she don't want work with costumer like me. I hope next time I stop here someone show more respect to handicap peoples.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s in the country every time that we’ve ever stopped here you go through the drive-through and you’re sitting in the parking lot waiting for your food for 15 to 20 minutes
Every time I stop here I told myself to don’t do it again just one more disappointment
Could not help myself to add to this review as I wrote it while we were waiting in the parking lot
Ended up waiting 22 minutes until I finally went inside to ask what the problem was When we got our food to the car, not exaggerating at all, it was so cold. The cheese wasn’t even Close to being in Milford the actual hamburger patty was cold along with two orders of fries cold
Save yourself the disappointment and go get a snickers bar in the truckstop. At least you know what you’re getting.

Slow as molasses which is real unfortunate for McDonald’s in a truckstop where time is of the essence. Forced to use a kiosk which takes away from employee actually doing their jobs. It will be very doubtful I’ll return to this McDonald’s location.

Wow. What an establishment. As a local I'm disappointed in how these people represent this area. Absolutely filthy lobby. I've never seen so many flies in my life. We got so stormed with flies we ended up just throwing our food away and leaving as well as the people sitting around us. Clean up and do better!

The food is way to greasy. Sometimes they forget to put cheese on your burger, they don't got a menu available anymore unless you use the kiosk. Service it's ok but it can be slow. They have a lot flie inside during the warmer months. If you get it to eat inside they bring it out in a to go bag still. The mcflurry cup change from clear plastic to what looked like a fry holder.

I ordered ahead on the app so that we could pick up our food on our way through Valley City since we were in something of a hurry. 40 minutes after submitting the order and 25 minutes of standing in their lobby later, they still hadn't made our order. The service was marginal. The food was marginal. The cleanliness was marginal. I recommend going anywhere other than this McDonald's. One star is too many.
