This is a WONDERFUL McDonald’s! Customer service is taken very seriously here and I just want to say thank you! I travel a lot and for a quick bite occasionally stop at a McDonald’s. In the past 3 years service has been HORRIBLE! This restaurant should serve as a role model for this chain.

Some employee named Ariel was rude and when I gave her my money she slammed the window and didn’t give my receipt, on top of that the management sucks, some manager named Jenni or however spell her name kept squeaking at me at front counter and asking about fries, idk what she’s on but those Ivory dominoes ahh teeth kept squeaking into my food, never coming back

I've been to McDonald's all over America and overseas.The management at the one in Valley City ND is top tier.If you have any problem they fix it right away.The managers are all cool people.The location is always clean.The food is always fresh.And all the staff are good people that I ever met there.If you want fresh fast food.I highly recommend the Valley City Location.5 🌟
