The place was awesome.. went on Veterans Day the place was really... busy but did not have to wait for food or anything else.. food was great atmosphere was great service to.. plus what topped it off is the owner Tommy gave free buffet to all Veterans.. that was awesome .... Thanks Pizza Ranch for being great!!!!

Perfect for families and friends who are looking for good food! Manager and Staff are friendly! Especially, if you give them a heads up about a large order! 10/10 because they work so well to keep a homey and friendly atmosphere going even if it's just delivery!
Dietary restrictions: Had a friend with a gluten allergy and it was nice that there was a place we both could get something to eat!

Overall not bad but could’ve been better. Restaurant was clean and presentable but food wasn’t being kept up on or the most fresh, and staff weren’t really seeming to acknowledge the dwindling food on the buffet during lunch. The food itself was good for the little bit of fresher pieces I was able to get though. Smaller town though which may be why it didn’t meet my normal expectations of the ones I’ve been to in larger towns back in my home state.

The chicken is always good. Getting the order right isn't a strong point. It took the kid taking orders 4 times to get my card number right and they still messed up the order. Service was bad, simple as that.

Ordered 2 large pizzas and asked for delivery to be in alley way he can to front door so the girl that to Order didn't tell him or write it down I repeated it 3xs the only way I knew it was here he pushed the door bell and when I asked him to take it to the alley way he had a attitude

My father goes every Friday for fried fish on the buffet. We decided to join him this Friday. It was very excellent. Nice added bonus to a already good buffet.
Kid-friendliness: I like that it's only $1 per year for kids, and it was either 3or4 and under are free. So our 3 y/o was free, and our 5 y/o was $5, and our 6 y/o was $6. Great pricing system.

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service received and witnessed. Attitude and mistreatment of elderly guests by front of house staff, fraudulently signing of credit authorizations by the cashier, and refusal to interact with guests by management when requested. Not to include a 30minute wait upon ordering for the staff to even start my order. Corporate has been contacted.

Went for buffet at supper,, no pizza on the buffet, burnt chicken, Burnt dessert, ice cream machine broken. Very few clean tables and only probably 10 people in whole restaurant.. second time we have had this experience and we will NOT be coming back
