I usually love eating here because of the fact that I am vegetarian and allergic to dairy. These restrictions make it really difficult to eat out in Valley City. I was here on June 24th at 8:20 PM, getting my bean tacos as I love to do, and I overheard Zach have some disrespectful conversation about my dietary choices. I normally would not make a big deal over someone poking fun at me, but because I do not know this man well, and he was on the clock, I found it incredibly disrespectful and hurtful for him to insult the way I order food. I typically try to be so patient with employees with my accommodations, so I think it’s unfair to speak badly about a customer while they are STILL THERE, and can hear EVERYTHING in the lobby. Food was good as always!

Well. I do enjoy taco John's, but it seems to be sliding further and further into the rabbit hole. My husband went through drive-through, the cashier was rude, we pay for the extra condiments. They didn't even make it into the bag, and he's busy telling us to hurry up, but we were trying to check the bag...which didn't include our entire order, and the food request wasn't correct. It's not that difficult. What happened to VC Taco John's? It was so good 3 years ago.
Very poor service. They forgot nacho cheese. Wrecked my whole meal. All they can say we can give you some next time. Sorry won't be a next time in valley city

I really like this location! The drive-thru isn't all that nice though and the parking very much sucks. However, the food is always good and fast and on top of that the staff is really really friendly!

I ordered 3 chicken soft shells with sour cream and there was none. All I could taste was the soft shell. Hardy ANY chicken.
